i know if someone stood up and said they'll allow us to grow with permits that specify plant numbers, they would so be getting my vote  :smoke

 

Check out your State's Greens party website, they'll have their local policies online and you can check their cannabis/drug policy. WA (and NSW?) are pretty specific in their wish to decriminalise and regulate cannabis. The National Greens however are watering down their drug policy so it's less controversial.

 

The Greens are also one of the only parties practicing participatory democracy (WA and again I think NSW are similar). Any member can propose policy and have the entire party vote upon it, so if you want to help shape your State's cannabis laws then probably the best thing you can do right now is to vote 1 Greens and even join the party and get involved in crafting their cannabis policies.

since i have heard of the greens, i have tried my hardest to convert people to vote for them over beasily or howard...not only that, ever since i turned 18 and could vote, they have always been my number 1 vote

Overusage of any drug is bad;

 

Smoking pot everyday effects most people after a few months deny it or not, makes you unmotivated and dependant on using constantly as well makes your vision fuzzy as hell...

 

Casual usage is fine but with any drug, using it everday is bound to have side effects...

 

The problem is most people dont have self control thats why its illegal, if everyone had self control over drugs they'd be legal as alcohol....

Anyways as long as i can score pot when i need it i dont worry about its legal status as with any drug, just dont do anything stupid to get yourself caught like selling it...

Anyhow..is anyone else seeing what im seeing? John howard is making a proactive statement towards what is right or wrong for society - in an area where he is clearly no expert.

He and his governement have become very powerful and totally detached from us. No public debate, No public research. Just a leader with an opinion and the power to enforce it. scary stuff?
