I simply dont agree

I got crusted with 1.5 keys

and charged with 'for purpose of sale'

This was not the case. Fortunately the onus was on police to prove sale. They could not.

 

So, thankyou, but no, quantity does not prove intent to sell

 

I for would only want to grow one crop a year, to minimise the risk of getting ripped/busted. If I aimed for maximum yield, does that make me a commercial grower? Fuck no!

 

Just because 4 oz is all that you could ever hope to get doesnt mean that the rest of us greenthumbs who do well should get penalized because the majority cant grow fuckall....we shouldnt be penalized for technical proficiency, is all im saying

There's no point in even arguing about it Dohmar, it's a retarded law that cannot be discussed logically and sensibly because neither of those attributes are behind the entire concept in the first place.

 

But in my opinion, Whether you're selling or using, what's the difference? You're still breaking the law! Because you're making money off it that means you're more wrong? And it's not like the herb is addictive, or you can force people to smoke it. People only buy it because they want it.
