I like taking clones from girls well into flower, they do take longer but you end up with clones that have around a dozen growth tips and are naturally suited to super cropping.

why dont you do an experiment so other people who come here can see how easy it is to take clone for next to nothing. u dont even need rooting hormones. it just takes a week or 2 longer without.

I read you rpost ages ago and decided to try the experiment ...here's a pic of my first success about 7 days after cutting - it works - so thank you very much ... I have quite a few others sitting in water .. :thumbsup waiting... waiting ... I did half with and half without rooting gel ... but .... when I finished I realized I had mixed em all up ... .I assume using the gel will speed things up tho' .... it worked with store bought Basil also :thumbsup

 

and also, all my plants are in flower 12/12 since Sept 20

Clones from 21 days.

Flowering clones are the best for scrog.

Have a look at this one. You see the serrated edge leaves down the bottom. This was the original clone. A flower, a bud. It may take a week or two longer than a normal clone but it well worth the wait.

Now while it is still small im going to fim every tip and will see maybe 4 or more new branches come from each.

 

If you have 400-1000 watts and want to maximise your yield flowering clones are the way to go

If you boys & girls want to maximise you yield with less plants you cannot beat flowering clones.

 

I thought i might just give this thread a lil bump cause some of the best info you will ever need to know about growing is in this thread.

Yep you should see the new growth - I am doing one right now using the sun for a light. sure it takes time but the result is worth it (excelant for making mums from.
