There are things they can do, trafficing across federal borders for one, but any online seed seller in Australia could face exactly the same situation as Emery, if their seeds made it to the USA and how do you think our Attorney General, Phillip Ruddock, would respond to an extradition request?

From what I gather in the news it is handled by the state court systems and not the federal court so it would have to be a state offence, but I was more referring to the problems the DEA would have dealing with small time growers and stoners like us.
