my mate hurt hes plants will it be ok

Recommended Posts

ok my mate called me up and yelled at me there dead there all dead i killed them so i grabed my other mate and went around as he knows what to do in these situations im just a new grower and he worked out that the light was 3 feet away and my mate droped it to about 1.5 feet away all of a sudden and he said thats what happened you stunned and burnt the plant you suppose to lower light gradually is this all correct? ok now all of the plants were drooping some preety bad they put the light back up to its original height and the next night they were all preety much fine again now my mate said that as long as they are healthy before you turn them to flower it will be ok but i thought once you stressed the plant the amount of bud you get would be not as great . but my mate told me not really as long as you have healthy plants when you turn them and you dont stress them during flower it wont matter can any one tell me if this is correct ? and also is it a ph problem when the tips of your leaves are brown i mean like 2 mil of the tips. :stupid:

Generally the tips turning brown is from overfertilisation, eg- too many nutes.

As for the plants, yea as long as they are looking good then its safe to flower them, I had one plant I really tortured and it gave me the strongest buds i had from the strain. They actually like a bit of punishment.

Brilliant example of exactly not what to do
Thats a really good thread actually, one worth keeping.
Yeah, I've found it an eye opening, useful and very educational topic to send new members to, on the cultivation side it also proves how easy it is to grow and how good at survival mj plants are.
