Hi I started my Airponic project on August 5th. This is my first grow attempt but it has been pretty well planned and I have done heaps of research before deciding on the system and other details. I have been saving the cash for a long time and I am totally ready now .. I think. All the reading I have done says get experience before trying Airponics but I decided that the potential results should be worth the effort. Hey all, Haven't posted anything for years, felt i ought to put something up, feeble in comparison to some of you fellas, that shows what i have been up to using that great grow light in the sky. Got 3 dutch dope clones growing guerilla style, based in pots, using shit hot potting mix, thrown in with perlite and some slow release ferts. They should be getting about 8 hours of pure sunlight, protected by 1mx1mx7ft individual cages. Should have had 8 but this year the clones didnt propogate as fast as i liked so they begun their outdoor days at the start of november. Been good growing weather lately, have been real impressed. I am going to use this thread to mark my progress with trying to master the hydroponic process for producing large, quality yields. I believe I have hopefully gained sufficient skills that I am expecting (hoping) for a very respectable harvest. This is a fairly advanced grow (though modest in size). Happy New Year folks Hope 2011 is a great growing one for us all. Decided to upload a few pics and update where I'm at with my virgin grow. As a reminder... Capillary fed system (autopots) Random pick of seeds from previous bags. Hiya All, Im kinda confused. Started a grow about 7-9wks. ago from seed,three different strains using 400w HPS for Veg,& another 400HPS thrown in for 12/12 & Bud(800w).I raised 17 plants(in soil),& five days ago put 12 plants in to bud,show sexes,etc.& kept 5 to clone.This is all in a descent sized bedroom, separated into two seperate spaces.The seeds came from some particularly good weed,(Seedbanks Im Still waiting on,not holding my Breath!)
