I don't want to leave tracks to the grow to do checks but what's you're guess on how many weeks after flowering I was thinking 16-20 weeks but that might be to long, what you think? There growing near a creek and getting good sunlight the first two sprouted in January and the other two In February. They were growing in my backyard in small pots, now I planted in the bush about 3weeks ago the first one just started flowering before planted (females) yay. I'm about to check them in the week coming. Anything…

Comparison Diary, Hydro vs Soil blend, Seed vs Clone. The subject, The Doctor. Soil blend consisting of the following ingredients, plus two cups of organic herb and vegetable fertiliser, and about ten litres of worm castings. Ended up mixing more than I needed, tubbed the rest for later use:-) 25 ltrs coco coir, 30 ltrs seed raising mix, 15 ltrs potting soil, 10 ltrs garden soil, 20 ltrs growstones™ soil aerator. Picked up the growstones finally:-), recycled glass medium, comes in two sizes, the aerator, which is around the same size as chunky perlite, and the hydrostones, which are around the size of your average garden pebble. Claims to aerate four time better…

Wasnt gone long was i...? My first order of seeds arrived today .yeeeew . So my plans for these magic beans is primarily to do a seed run, of witch strains are crossed isnt a concern to me at the moment just need bulk seeds for next outdoor season . Im not trying to create a " strain " as such but i have better breeding genetics ordered (skunk no1 and haze no1) for experimenting further but they arent here yet .i also will be running a bud grow at the same time wich may be tricky but im just gonna hope for the best. Medium: 50%perlite-50% seed raising mixture for seedlings and 50%perlite-50% coir of some sort. for growth and flower. Lighting: 1 x 400watt hps, 2 x…

While I fumigate the tent and get rid of those mites, thought I might go back to when I first started, and set up an airponic system, quite possibly a scrog. Got some leftover tubing and fittings, just gotta clean up the tubs, pumps and heater and we'll be good to go. Will be using fifty litre tubs, one for nutes, one for roots, in a recirculating system. Will have four pots in the top, (the scrog idea was inspired by yet another of Naychas awesome pics), most likely with the afghani clones in the nursery. This will be my first scrog, so as I progress, any and all comments/advice will be welcome. Looking forward to this one, just hope those mites are done and dusted. …

I'm so happy to finally become a member of Ozstoners! Grasscity user for a couple years, so hope this journal impresses all of you! I'm attempting my first SCROG grow with a DIY grow box I whipped up. The risk of growing big in Australia, even in a tent, is too risky. My area is full of police chopper patrols weekly, and my last grow was busted hence the break from this awesome community. Two strains to be grown: 2 x (female) Midnight Kush from G13 Labs, and 1 x (unknown for now) Weeda Haze, a cross of Cannatonic, Blueberry and Kush. Bred right here in Australia! Haven't decided on the nutrient line up. Was going to go Advanced, but the range is to pricy and there…

My 1st grow turned out to be 4/4 males. Talk about bad luck. This is my 2nd grow and I do not have all the supplies yet but here are my plans. I am going to constantly update this diary with what is going on with the girls, pictures included so please give me any advice/tips/tricks that you can share as this is my 1st grow that I will actually have females and actually get some smoko out of my hard work. I am going to be purchasing 3 clones this week off a friend and supposedly have fem seeds in the mail from Bonza yet I payed with PayPal and they never respond to my inquiries so I have no idea what is going on with my order. Anyways... GARDEN STYLE: Indoor GROWING …

Hi guys, I have several grows under my belt, however this is my first online diary. Constructive criticism is welcomed! I've converted my BIR into a small grow area measuring 8ft x 2ft x 6ft. This round I'm growing 4 plants - 2 x Dr. Grinspoon - Pure sativa. (Origins unknown) 2 x Motavation - Indica dominant hybrid (Sensi Star x Warlock) They are grown from seed in a 'hybrid' medium that is for now, hand watered. 50% Perlite, 25% Vermiculite, 15% Rich garden soil, 10% Small wood chips. Lighting - Started under 2 X 130w Ultra blue CFLs. A 400w HPS in a cooltube will be added for late veg & flowering. Nutes - An all purpose soluble fertilizer that I've had gre…
