Hi Folks, I have been away over the holidays but I finally worked up the courage to start a grow. I have 1 seed and am a little nervous about the grow so after having read a few posts the question is should I start the germination in cotton or on wet paper or should I put the seed straight into the ground? How hardy are these plants when transplanting from seed tray to pot? and is a mix of very small amounts of dynamic lifter ok in the bottom of the pot, mixed with potting mix and sugar cane mulch and a handful of compost? finally is a pot about 25cm deep ok for most indoor strains? Hey all. Going to have a go at a little guerrilla grow. Just going to throw in 3 or 4 bagseed plants . At the moment just have hopefully 6 little seedlings in a little punnet just wondering when to put them into seperate pots and then later when they go into the ground. Hey Guys Thought I would start a grow diary, rather than have multiple threads. About Me I'm a med student, and to be honest don't really smoke all that much. I used to work for a big corporation, hated it, so decided I wanted to do medicine. Since moving away from home, I've started growing tomotoes, chillis, and capsicum, and last time I went home and grabbed some weed, it was utter garbage, so thought that now that I live alone, I should try growing my own. Current setup consists of a 400W HPS/MH, growing in a disused toilet in my apartment. I was smoking with a friend when he showed me some seeds, he gave them to me instead of the trash. I have grown cannabis a fair few times in the past and still had a 400W HPS. I set up my old grow closet and began to grow the seeds I had received. I grew them in old coco and started feeding them with gardening products from bunnings. Hello! My name is vex, I attempted a bag seed grow quite some time ago but I came home one day to discover my dog had ate my attempt.. :'( So I thought I'd source out a good fence and other things to keep the dog out and I also acquired free seeds (Ak-47) from a close friend. Gday all, You may have seen me floating around in recent times. I was too paranoid to post a diary whilst I was growing but now its over I'll show you what happened. I came across a couple seeds in a bag so I threw 4 of them in wet tissues just to see if they would sprout. They all did, but I had no pots or potting mix as I wasn't really planning on growing them so I just grabbed more tissues and the lid of an egg carton. I found some 10+ year old hydro nutes and thought I would get creative... I haven't been keeping a diary but I thought this would be the most appropriate thread to post a few pics of my Red Poison She's been in a small cabinet with CFL's until a week ago when I moved her into a cupboard with a 600w HPS. Hey guys, Just starting my first ever grow. I have picked a couple good spots with some nice sun getting in and where there are no trails near by. I have to dig the holes and add some blood and bone, potting mix and maybe some water crystals this weekend if the weather stays good! Im above Brisbane somewhere and will be using some bushweed seeds.I have just started germing 3 of my seeds, then they will g into the backyard to grow a little before i plant them out at my site. The seeds will be starting in some organic potting mix. Thats enough for now, but will be regularly be updating my growdiary!
