The beginning of this grow doesnt pan out so well. i was enrolled in a study course that would take 4 weeks to complete meaning i had to move to the city for 4 weeks. I couldnt monitor my little rockwool seed everyday so i needed to do something fast. Having just got my seeds and germinating one i didnt want to waste it, so i devised a plan for a quick DWC that would at least keep the plant alive for the next week until i could come home for the weekend. My (approx) 50L containter would suit for my homemade bubbler, so off i went to find some tools. soon after i had cut a hole in the lid, stuck my water pump inside and rigger up a dodgy looking net to hold my plant. …

So first time grower have pretty much just used a mixture of potting mix and compost and those orange balls plant food (can't think of the name) and I was using seasol and powerfeed but now I am using organic liquid fertilizers, started with 13 successful seedlings in early october which were 9 potted in 20 litre pots (i think) which are in a shade house and 4 in the ground (not in shade house), then started another 11 plants in december which where all planted in the ground for a total of 24, I have just had to remove 4 plants in the last few days that were males so 20 are left. Here are pictures of just the more mature plants which are at about 20 weeks old. The others …

Soil: 50/50 coco / perlite Final Pot Size: 18 litre Room: 0.9 x 0.6 x 1.3 meter tent Light: 400w Hps Philips son-t - changed to solistek 400w. Nutrients: Coco nutrients 3:2:5 Watering by hand. Ok as the title suggests, One liberty haze seed sprouted in a glass of tap water. Cracked in a day and put into coco/perlite mix in a small pot on the 3rd day. Mix is prob 75% coco. I put smallish rocks in the bottom of the pot to make sure it drains well. DAY 1 (not counting the 4-5 days from a fresh seed) Seedling is just sitting by a window si…

Hello everyone, got another test grow on deck. first up is a pack of cherry puff f2's Cherry Puff proved to be a very popular strain for Gage green and they have decided to work it further. the mother is Gages very own ALANA CUT of cherry puff, she is a heavy yielding extremely Kushy female and the father is know as the cherry puff BEE male or cherry puff 80. i cant wait to dig into these as the cherry puff was a strain i didnt get my hands on and i fully expect to find some really unique plants in the F@'s maybe even something going back to the cherry pie side of things would be nice. i have planted these and will update with pics as soon as they are above ground…

Sorry I haven't been on lately my health has been deteriorating and I have almost lost the ability to walk so sitting on a computer is a luxury. My little plants got to about 3 weeks and then the stems were broken ( I suspect the next door neighbours cat). I burred the stems with soil and managed to keep them alive for 2 more weeks but eventually they died. I have some old photos of them about a week after sprouting and they looked beautiful But I need help working out how to post them and will do it when my wife wakes up. I will be starting again and I hope to try to keep posting when I can. Cheers.

ok i started my grow couple months back now, they seem to be growing well, although there seems to be a deficiency of some sort on the bottom leaves, or maybe its burn from the 5 in 1 mix i got on a few leaves . i started out with 4 plants but 1 turned hermy and is a string bean, the other 3 are just about ready to start trimming and creating more growth once they have reached the height of my water tank. I'm very excited to see how they yield when the time comes they been growing for about 8 weeks
