Hey guys, long time lurker her, first time poster, also first time indoor growing, ive got most of my cupboard setup but im seeking advice regarding lighting. My cupboard is H = 110cm x W = 35cm x D = 55cm Ive got it lined with reflective insulation and plan on installing an exhaust fan at the back of the cupboard My question is, is an adjustable 400w MH/HPS ballast going to produce too much heat?? And do I actually have enough space to Use the 400w er? Look forward to a long grow diary here guys, thanks in advance for the advice

Seeds are 5 x (sensi) super skunk (fem) 1 x (dinafem) deep cheese (fem) 2 x (DZ) trifle (clones from my mother plant) Medium is a mix of canna terra and the best quality organic soil I could get my hands on (still pretty shit tho). Nutes are. I keep seeing all these wonderful pictures of grows and thought id jump in. I used to grow outdoor in the bush but this is first setup in tent and recirculating system. 1.2 x 1.2 tent indoor Veg under 300w 64000k CFL Flower 2 x 400w LED full spectrum with UVB Clay Balls only in 18ltr top pots inside 24ltr outer Recirculating 4 min feeds every 2 hours (4ltr each pot) Nutrient's: grow lush A and B, Sensei Bloom A and B, Seasol and Powerfeed. hey back again with another grow atm iv got barneys farm critcal kush in coco perlite mix after being repotted from a dutch bato kit it had root rot then i just pulled the brown roots off and transplanted it and it survied. critcal kush is curently under a 1000w hps in a 1.4 x 1.4 x 2. pot size round 40 litres i think its been in 12 /12 about 5 days atm. now iv also got 15 seedlings goin atm wich are c99 , c99 x bb , c99 x hk , c99 x hk x doc 5. all in the seedling stage sitting under 130w cfl and 80w phillips cfl and will be goin under bigger lights in the next few days when i set up my second tent alright heres a few pics of where im at pic are a few days…

H&G coco nutes with rizo and cannazyme from Canna Currently feeding ec1.4 at a ph of 5.8 Lighting vedge 375w CMH, Flower 2 x 375w CMH in a cool tube I have 150mm canna centri fan exhausted externaly, 150 centri pulling air from house for inlet 2 150 carbon filters only useing one at the moment but I will need 2 when these flower.
