Hi all, This will be my third grow ever and first diary and I'll be running Blue Cheese Autos from expert seeds. After soaking all 16 of these seeds in paper towel I only managed to get 4 of them to pop and planted into the Coco. They've been about a week out of the ground for the first 3 and the fourth has just got its head up. 12 of the 16 seeds were duds and the growth seems a little slow compared to the other autos I've run so I don't really have high hopes for this particular genetic from expert seeds but we'll stick in there and see how these girls go. Hi guys, First grow and in coco, been using canna nutes with bio diesel marine and boost. Totally winging it as I know I’m breaking the rules as I don’t yet have a ph or ec meter but when budget allows it is on the list. This one had a difficult start as it took forever to sprout and was all weird when it did. It’s now at preflower and to my untrained eye looking good? She gets two nute waters a day and is outside during the day and then inside in a tent under a 100w UFO led (will be upgrading in the near future but because she is outside during the day it seems to be okay for now). This forum has been a wealth of information to me so far but I'm still a newb to all this so any constructive criticism or advice is much appreciated. I was tried of getting ripped off and decided to grow my own as the last half I bought (14 grams) contained 9 grams of seeds. I started with 4 seeds in water for 24 hours then transferred them to wet paper towels, 1 sprouted while it was still in water and the other one took about 5 days in paper towel to sprout. I have since planted a few more directly into soil just in case the original 2 don't take off. So thought id start a new journal specificly for my quantum board grows this winter. Hlg 550 quantum board 1.5mx1.5mx2m tent 70/30 coco/perlite mix (nutrifeilds) Canna coco a+b (veg) Advanced nutrients sensi coco bloom (flower) AN piranha (root expander) H&G Multizyme AN coco big bud (wk 2-6 flwr) AN overdrive (wk 6-8 flwr) AN flawless finish (wk 8-9 flwr) So i put the 550 in the bigger flower tent tonight, have 3 plants in 30L pots. 1x M.O.B and 2 x Skywalker kush. Hey guys - Brother and I have decided to have a crack at a backyard grow here in NZ We started seeds back in August with intention of having them in the ground by November. We should be pulling late March/April from research - we're not 100% sure yet as it's our first outdoor grow. Aiming for at least 30lb. Using the cheapest potting mix and compost from the local hardware store for the holes and buckets. Mixed with some worm castings and pearlite. For nutes, we are using Seasol throughout, plus Powerfeed. Hey stoners, have been a lil quiet of late enjoying my time away. A few plants we have going that will be flowered out doors atm we have them under a 315w cmh and a 400w hps till they big enough to be cloned then put out side to be sexed. Hi all, Long time lurker, first time grower and poster. I decided to attempt my first grow and wanted to keep everyone updated as well as get some help, info and a guiding hand every now and then, whenever I inevitably make a mistake. Grow 1 I started off with a 4x2x6 tent. 89 days of flowering with one plant netted 100 grams of bud (20 grams of budrot). This was about 13 weeks of vegging. I burnt the plant and I was left with buds only with no leaves (they all died off). It was still okay for me though. Then coronavirus came with the lockdown and perfect time to enjoy the hard work.
