Well it's that time of the year, the guerillas are starting to come out. We're all out amending our soil with visions of 2lb monsters gently blowing in the breeze round April After last year I learn't so much. Amending the holes I used last year the soil was noticabely more friable so with a bunch of mushroom compost, chicken poo, gypsum, lime and some organic ferts I'm hoping for a great season. My holes are now amended and ready to go but I'm sure some itchybro formulas will make their way onto some topdressings at some stage along the way This year after having made myself a ton of femenised seeds and a few regulars from last outdoor I'm going to sow straight to …

Hey all! Total newbie here. Bought some White widow seeds and planted them on Friday. I used the soil germination method. It's a bit chilly here in Sydney so I placed a lamp underneath them for heat and it's working pretty well. Think I saw the start of a little taproot whilst I was watering this morning! Exciting! Just wanted to share with someone . This is a great group by the way. Lots of great advice. Keep being awesome!

So currently in veg and running 18/6 Off 9.30pm and on 3.30am I want to change to 12/12 to suit having light of at hottest part of day. So 6pm on and 6am off. If i turn light off at 9.30pm and dont turn on til 6pm next day do you think it will shock plant. Or should i just run light continually til 6am to change light cycle. Currently running 250w 6400k 2400k dual cfl. Changing to 130w 2700k cfl for flowering. Any help would be appreciated

Hey all, It's been a few days since I've germinated and planted my seed. Was thinking of keeping it simple and just grow outdoors, as I'm quite new to the scene. For the past few days I've been keeping it in a shady area and it looks good to me so far but I'm a bit worried about the amount of sunlight it should be getting. Heres a photo I took this morning, a day after it sprouted: I've got a few questions: How much direct sunlight should my seedling have? How often should I water? Do you think I could pull off this grow with just water and sunlight? If not, what do you recommend me doing? Sorry if these are covered elsewhere, just would like another users in…
