Hello, I thought I've been about these boards for long enough now that I should post up a little grow diary to show all you folk what I'm up to. The pics will be starting from day 27 which is the 7th day of flowering - which was a few days ago now. In the past I've had a few grows ranging from rather large rooms to super tiny mini cabinet grows. This one is somewhere in between. Hey Guys. Have just replaced my ballast with a lumatek, its one complete unit all sealed. Boy does it run hot ,?? along the top on its almost to hot to touch , anyone else have one ?? is it normal to run so hot ??? i have the ballast in a separate room on the floor THANKS & REGARDS

Here are a few pics of a test grow - White Russian X Sweet Tooth 3 There are 3 phenos from seed, all of differing heights which made the light height difficult, there are a few crispy bits. The left front has been topped once, the right front was kinked again and again with great results and the back one was untouched and has one of the bigger colas to grace my room (mold is likely on that one maybe...) Two of them are ready at 6 weeks, the bigger one has a week or so to go. There's not a lot of resin which is a shame but I'm still happy with the results. Enjoy! Jimbo

Been a member here and finally have my own little grow setup and ready to go thanks to this site. Well here we go. This run is 2 Stoned Rino cuts in a 1x1m grow tent. Lighing atm is a 400HPS and will be getting changed to 600W dual spectrum this week as soon as its finished in another cab. Medium is clay balls in a budpounder pot system which is orchard pot (around 5Lt) inside a larger pot around a 10-12Lt pot for root area. DWC system using feeder rings, heater and airpump in a 210Lt tub, using only 80Lt of mixed nutes. Nutes are austhydro budpounder and i usually run them very hot, around 1800ppm, Ph's are kept around 5.9. As stated above im running these girls through a scrog screen set at 300mm above the pots. Hey all, this is my first real indoor grow, the first was in a rather shitty off the shelf grow cabinet with 4 x U shaped Fluros grown in dirt using common ferts. Well thanks to this forum I now have the knowledge to do it properly! I will post pics of my setup in the next week, I am a bit lazy with the camera!! Mates have helped me out with equipment, and donated some nutes to get me going. All up this setup has cost me around $600 I figure this a good investment as I spend shitloads more each year on my smoke! kk I have germinated 20 seeds today thanks to SensiSeeds, they are Ruderalis Indica & Ozzie Blue, I will be updating this grow diary on a weekly basis, I am doing this diary because there seems to be a lack of information on both of these strains, I will also update pics on a weekly basis. It will be an outdoor operation, not sure what sort of pots to use for Rudy so I am going with a medium pot. The ozzie blue however I herd they get f***** massive so I got some heavy duty pots lined up for those suckers. I will be using just a good simple organic pot mix with 25% perlite. I I decided to grow my own outdoor ganja for medical purposes here is my grow diary Gday all here is my first outdoor grow, i grew 6 plants indoor last year, this summer i have 4 plants in pots...they are all the same age, 7 weeks...and they seem to be thriving...the largest plant i have force flowered, however it is showing no signs of sex as yet..... I have no idea what strain it is as i grew them simply from an OZ baggy...the smoke was fruity..little light on the crystals but tasted great...anyone have a clue what strain it might be? I have been watering lightly every 3-4 days combining Monsta Bud Juice i bought on ebay and plain rain water in between feedings.…

I dug some holes the other day to plant a few outdoories. Came back this morning to plant and found that most of the holes had turned into wells (soil is a backbreaking mix of clay, quartz, and slate). There is a high iron content shown by the quartz having a lot of red through it. Re-dug proper beds to plant in to avoid waterlogging.
