introduction ok guys i will be taking a foray into DWC for the second part of my number two grow as i am calling it. I have made the decision to have TWO DWC pots taking up 2/3 of the space and a couple of smaller clones at the other end of other strains for taste testing (looking for new strains to introduce to the main system). I may consider downsizing the pot size so that i can fit in a few strains at a time rather than the two in future who knows. But for now the 2 pot system will suffice. Hello Some of you may remember I just finished off my first grow a few months back, learned a lot from my mistakes and experience and am ready to give it another go (also my bud supply is running dangerously low). For those that missed my last grow, I am growing in an old freezer I've gutted, cleaned and installed a 200mm exhaust fan and 250W hps lamp into. From the outside, it looks like a normal freezer. The pic is some plants I had inside, almost killed by yours truly. They had been in flower for a few weeks and had shown 1st pistils when I mistreated them. Over the next 10 days the declined to a point where I wasn't gonna bother. Each was probably 3 times taller than the remaining sticks and after being trimmed to current size had ~twice as many leaves as the plant pictured top left. They were not healthy. That was 6th Oct. I basically put 'em outside to die, dry out the potting mix for reuse, but a couple of days later decided to water them and see what happens. hi all well im a newbie and have already made a few posts and have been told to start a grow diary. so here i go... neva grown b4 so thought id give it a try. i germinated about a month and a half early coz im so impatient but obviously i need about an 18/6 cycle so i have them outside from sun up till about a hour or 2 before the sun goes down. from then i move them under a mini fluro i have set up in the garage till morning. they sit next to our hot water service so keep fairly warm. ive got a dozen sprouts at the moment in a seeding mix i got from bunnings and have planted them in2 jiffy pots. i water (rain water) every morning, not to much, just making sure the top …

Hows things.. I thought it might be an idea to make a diary, hopefully get some feedback and improve my grows. Thats the general plan anyway. This one is my second shot at hydro, third grow so I'm a beginner really. All the other grows I've done were mystery strains, grown from clones off a mate of a mate sort of thing. This one (also clones from a mate of a mate) is Afghani so I'm told and considering how much of a skunky/petrol like stench these little babies have, even as clones, I think that may be correct. Ok so Ive been growing these girls for a few months now. Hi Folks, I'm new around here and thought I'd say hello and share some pics along the way. This is a new setup; 600W HPS over 16L pots of clay. I have started with some random bag seed as that's what I had laying around so I've gone with 2 plants per pot on this first run to assess what comes up. I plan to take some cuttings from each one and make decisions on which plants to continue with based on the end results of this first run. Should prove to be interesting. The layout isn't ideal but I'm pretty happy with it given the space that I had to work with. 4 of the 6 seeds are up and we're off and running
