Been doing a bit of research trying to find / build a cheap way to purge my iso /bho. Well had a crack at some more ISO with the left over trim from my hindu kush. And my home made oil rig using my hotplate vaporiser + clear container with a straw at the top works like a charm. vaporiser has pretty lights in it WHALEOILBEEFHOOKED! ...... pretty bent right now

Hey, A very kind friend of mine has given me about 10 grams of fresh BHO oil. It looks really clean. When i take it, it doesnt give me the sleepy effect im looking for. It supresses my anxiety a bit like valium does, but no nodding off to sleep. Would Decarboxylating it turn into sleepy oil? Is it possible to Decarb BHO? I dont know much about it, but he said it hasnt been decarbed. And from my understanding you need it decarbed to get the sleepyness effect right? How would i go about Decarboxylating BHO oil? double boiler? oven? I hope I can. Im finding alot of conflicting information and dont want to waste what i have and ruin it. Thanks all

Hey Fellow Stoners, I have made myself some canna infused olive oil today and thought I would share some pics. I used the method described in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0vmMR4RRA0k I met some of people behind the three happy cats dispensary at MG this year. I used half an oz of blue berry and about 150ml of olive oil because 125ml didn't quite cover the canna in the jar. The temps for the decarb where 110-115C for 90mins, I had to keep a close eye on it and open the oven door a few times. I am glad I bought a decent oven thermometer. I heated the oil at 120C for 60 mins doing the same thing. I used a pretty big jar Here we are all set to go…

Hey OZ Stoners, had a look around & cant see any discussion on vacuum chambers & pumps being used / where they were purchased / cost etc. Have enquired at a couple places in OZ but they don't seem interested in selling to the general public. This is the one Im currently looking at buying of ebay. It's pricey at 253 AUD but the results will hopefully make up for the investment. I'm sure the postage will be 100 bucks plus. (have contacted seller & will let you all know) After reading Naychas tutorial & doing a lot of research I am really excited to make some good BHO. Any-one have any thoughts / comments / suggestions? Hey guys. I'm just wondering if anybody else here is using acetone for oil extraction? I tried it out over the weekend, and produced some wonderful concentrated oil. Method I had some leafy buds from my last grow (autoflower, not a great result). They had quite a few crystals, but the buds were very leafy and loose. Chop the buds up as if they were parsely, for sprinkling on a meal (ie. fine, but not too fine). Put chopped buds into a jar, and pour over acetone. Shake for 30-60 seconds. Pour acetone out onto a tray and evaporate over a heat mat (with ventilation of course). After a few hours, it's sticky and ready to smoke! I think the extraction works ver…

Gday All. This is an appetiser. Ive been working on a different method of preparing ISO oil. Normaly a long wash Alchol method will give a dark green oil. With my method you can get your 4th wash ISO oil looking like this. This oil was whipped for several minutes.

Just a tid bit for all contemplating making BHO. One shouldn't try tasting BHO in it's runny from, while purging it in pyrex, it sticks to EVERYTHING, teeth, tongue gums HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

I thought I'd put this in here. In case their is anyone that finds a use for it froma medical point of veiw. I wanted to come up with a simple safe method of extraction. Effectivley putting medical oil into the hands of everyone without the use of dangerouse solvents. The only solvent used in this method is WATER. The first step is to find some freshly picked MJ. Then pour rainwater. (If u use tap water u shoudl dechlorinate it) into a suitable sized container. Place the fresh MJ into the rainwater. At the start read the EC - (an EC meter is handy if u dont have one then just change the water when u see it get faily murky. Pull buds out of the water when it stays clear)…

Time to try something completely different... Cannabis Suspension made from Kief (powered hash) and Glycerol B.P. (Glycerine/ Sugar Alcohol). I've seen many tutes use whole cannabis and glycerine for an oral suspension but not too many positive stories (not strong enough), those tutes were cold extractions from whole cannabis flowers. I want to see if decarbing the canna makes a difference in the final product, so here we go..... I started with 1oz of leaves and off-cuts plus a few grams of 100%sativa bud for good measure. i spent a few hours turning it into kief ---> Kief making Link Ended up with 4.25gms of dry sift Kief, varying colours and degrees of purity …

this is my first go at iso oil, i did 7gm of small bud chopped up in a coffee plunger washed 4 times this is the part way stage of the first 2 washes purging is being done in the sun on the concrete It is looking nice and red bit chuffed

Hey guys, Im new here to ozstoners, and I thought I would introduce myself here... im an extract artist here in sydney and wanted to share my tek, and show some photos and love.... 1. I pack my stuff with a 1 oz Subzero extractor, I blast that into a origami parchment box, untill it stops dripping tane. 2. I set two ceramic tiles over my Sunbeam pancake griddle, and set the dial just before the 1 mark. I place the box onto the ceramic tile and let it do its first purge for 30 min at 40 degrees celcius. 3.
