Some months ago i was raided, by four officers whom thought themselves above the law in relation to warrants. they gained access to my house by a female officer reaching for her gun. Mad, yep, i am furious and have decided i will never plead to the charges laid by these perverse officers that think themselves above the law. I have no problems with the drug dealers being persecuted , i have no problem with massive plantations going under, yet i do have a problem with a disability pensioner getting raided for one plant because he chose to grow his own pain management when denied medical treatment by an inept government. Back to our friendly pigs for a moment , when asked …

Author: AAP Date: Feb 10, 2009 Source: www.brisbanetimes.com.au Copyright: Fairfax I s'pose. Maybe AAP? Young men who smoke marijuana are more likely to develop an aggressive form of testicular cancer than those who have never tried the drug, a study has found. British newspapers on Monday reported the US research was the first to find evidence of a link between cannabis and testicular cancer. It found smoking the drug at least once a week, or using it regularly from adolescence, doubled the risk of a fast-growing form of the disease called nonseminoma, which tends to strike men in their 20s and 30s. Hi. Just a heads up (or down depending on ya circumstances) to anyone in the Nimbin/NSW FNC area. The chopper arrived yesterday (mon 2/2), apparantly they did Moondani just south of town, they also did around Tuntable, Avalon at Stoney Chute, and the Area between Lillyfield community heading East to Blue Knob, including Lofts Pinnacle Rd on the border of the Tweed and Kyogle shires. This morning (Tues 3/2) they did finished up at Lillian Rock and appear to be heading toward Barkers Vale as of now(the time of typing.) Flying Grid patterns. I'd say they will spend the rest of the day around barkers Vale and probably head elsewhere, like the Channon/Terania Valley, …

Oh shit. Looks like were following the good 'ol fascist state of U.S. down the track of private prisons, I suppose the useless govt. here can't organise a root in a brothel even with the ludicrous amounts of tax they steal from us so foisting out incarceration services is the next money-saving, responsibility dodging scam from the NSW gov. "The former Unions NSW boss John Robertson will be sworn in as Minister for Corrective Services today at a time when the Government is moving to privatise prisons. Mr Robertson will also be Minister for Public Sector Reform and Special Minister of State. Monaro MP Steve Whan will be Minister for Emergency Services and Small Busi…

The Nortern Star Author: SAFFRON HOWDEN Date: 28th January 2009 Source: The Nortern Star Copyright: APN News & Media Ltd 2008. Pot less popular, but demon drink is worse WHILE Australians increasingly frown on habitual cannabis use, local experts are warning the bigger problem – alcohol – is hiding in plain sight. Public support for legalising cannabis has declined from a 1998 high as the country takes an increasingly dim view of the drug. A new study by the University of NSW’s Drug Policy Modelling Program shows only 10 per cent of Australians now approve of regular cannabis use, compared with one-quarter just four years ago. “The high watermark for su…
