Source: http://www.theaustralian.com.au/news/natio...f-1225815113738 (sigh) , I feel sorry for the bloke , there is definatly something strange going on here. As he says , he is well travelled and knows the laws well , doesn't make sense ... and the fact that it was in a steel tube says alot. You'd have to be the epitomy of a moron to do that , especially these days. I Canna believe It's that strict , anything above 0.15gms is trafficking??? Holy smoke man , what is that ... about 2 small cones worth? At first I read this as "they took my medicine (i.e. Cannabis) away" but soon realized that didn't make sense ... this is very concerning indeed and …

Got a call yesterday from someone who purchases supplies from a gold coast hydro shop. It was to pass the message to a friend of mine who also purchases stuff from down that way. He said he got a call from the hydro shop on his mobile telling him to not go near the place. He was told that cops come and go with their video cameras, filming customers, and presumably rego numbers, then go off to get a search warrant. He (shop owner) said that this was how the recent gold coast busts eventuated. Other plans were made between them to enable the trade of supplies to continue, but not out of the shop. Is this so far fetched that it beggars belief or can they do this? Yo…

Following the other states in the dash towards facism and rampant stupidity, the coalition has promised to ban bongs if elected. Always a sure-fire vote winner with the sheeple. Of course this will save Victorians eleventy bazillion dollars a year because of 'all the physical and mental' harm that this 'very dangerous' drug causes. This will also boost the population of Victoria as there will be less stoners around to eat all your babies. Time to start writing letters to your pollies folks telling them that you will not be voting for them if they take this further step back into the dark ages especially as it based on the usual lies and misinformation. Also some lette…

Source: http://www.dailytelegraph.com.au/money/m-t...0-1225814219223 Ahem ... More wasted dollars that could be put to much better use in actually helping people with problems ... more bullshit from people who don't seem to understand the logical arguments surrounding "drugs" ... People are going to take drugs as they have done for 1000's of years , It's not going to change. Use services and finances available to support the ones who may develop problems with drug use. It's all a farce and they are still trying to find more ways to demonize it , government funded and therefore biased research will not acheive anything at all remotely positive or constructive. Nicol…

I heard this on ABC Radio National a couple of months back so I had a bit of a search and I haven't seen anyone post this, sorry if it's been posted before. It's a speech given by Norm Stamper at the Festival of Dangerous Ideas in Sydney. He's the former Seattle police chief making sense on the so called war on drugs. I listen to radio national at work all the time and I'm glad that there are people (people who can't be swept under the carpet of "oh, he's just another pothead") out there talking about this. I know there are some low opinions on cops who after their retirement jump on drug law reform, but put yourself in their shoes. Politically they can't do much while …

Hey All, 6 days to chrissy Anyway, this story was on lateline last night and it's not regarding weed but rather the swiss herion program. http://www.abc.net.au/lateline/content/2009/s2776476.htm I think its clear proof to those who don't agree with harder drugs being made available to addicts that it can/does work for some people who have exhausted other treatment methods. Hope everyone has a great xmas/new year
