On April 2nd 2009 I went to the San Diego Board of Equalization (BOE) to apply for a sellers permit (for dispensing medical marijuana to qualified San Diego residents/patients requesting help to obtain medical marijuana). After filling out my application I was directed to BOE agent Mr. Pagan. Mr. Pagan reviewed my app…

hey guys MORE than 150 drug seizures by police at the weekend's 17th annual MardiGrass event proved many visitors once again tried leaving Nimbin with a bit extra in their bags. The Rainbow Region's annual coming out parade attracted a staggering amount of tourists and locals alike, but police again had their work cut out for them. Sniffer dogs based at a 'drug bus' outside Goolmangar Hall on the road to Nimbin helped proceedings, while in town four mounted police covered the event itself. From: http://www.smh.com.au/world/science/skunk-...90728-dzqt.html What a croc of absolute and complete SHIT. They spend half the article saying that it's been proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that cannabis causes psychosis in healthy people, then they admit that the doctor who performed the tests has said that the findings offered "additional evidence that can elicit temporary psychotic-like effects in some people" - ie: if you are predisposed to it then you may have issues. Yet the media have blown this out of proportion as usual and have jumped to conclusions. Not to mention the fact that the doctor admits that the studies didn't look into the effects of CBD in…
