Some argue if this bill is a step forward or back but I think most mj advocates feel that despite the negatives this is a move in the right direction. The 220 odd misdemeanour's that were dropped in Pierce and King county were a positive from the bill, that's a given but I think there is a issue with the media being unusually quiet on the negative aspects, especially the D.U.I.D provision. One definite is that the public is not being informed that the marijuana legalization could be a state power grab in sheep's clothing.
