So what is GEO tagging ? Geotagging is the process of adding geographical information to various media in the form of metadata. The data usually consists of coordinates like latitude and longitude, but may even include bearing, altitude, distance and place names. Geotagging is most commonly used for photographs and can help people get a lot of specific information about where the picture was taken or the exact location of a friend who logged on to a service. Geotagging location services can be used to find location-specific websites, news and other information. It is based on positions and coordinates and is often directly taken from a global positioning system (GPS).…

Hi All, Posted this in another section and thought I would put it here. I've been using this Proxy Browser for a little while now and it's great, loads all pages no problems. It can be loded on to a USB so you can use it anywhere, or keep it on your PC for convenience. https://www.torproject.org/projects/torbrowser.html.en Happy Surfing!

heya Guys =), Well just in case ya dont have any anti tracking software, and ya use Mozilla Firefox, IE, Chrome, Safari, etc, they now have a very handy new add-on. The add-on is called Do Not Track + , it is by a company called Abine.com. Ok, if ya know nothing or little about Net security, everytime you log onto a site, information is collected about you, most of this is for marketing by companies, or for collection to sell to other companies...I for one hate this shit, my computer, my connection, my buisness. Full stop. Now you really don't want to be giving these collectors too much info, they can build profiles, find out your purchases, what sites you visit etc et…

considering the technology for the NBN is outdated already and it would have been cheaper for a satellite or other systems we are left perplexed as to why they are still determined to build such a system. 1- it has fuck all about you getting high speed internet, note how they are actually limiting your speeds when they could be ten times or more faster. 2- it has multiple layers and hidden layers which are not for knowledge of existence to the public which one Australian hacker was arrested years ago for accessing this illegally. 3- it allows a total surveillance grid and integration of multiple detection systems for both passive and active link taps, metadata from …

I think most of use know this but thought it wise to have it here so others don't base their assumptions on old threads. We'll try to refrain from debates on whether or not any authorities have the means, willpower, or desire to bust a relatively small group of stoners and even smaller group of growers. The topic has been covered *here* and *here*. Personally I think OzStoners is less of a security threat than going for a drive with dirty fingertips, visiting any indoor grow supply store, having a spouse, having a child, having anything than can catch fire in your growing location, having anyone besides you know what you're doing, etc... we could go on forever, but we'…

Just wanted to know the best methods for uploading pics onto OS. I've got a VPN service, and use do not track plus with firefox. I've also downloaded BatchPurifier lite to remove meta data from pics. What else can I do, or am I being too paranoid? I don't even like keeping pics of grows, but found a good post dealing with keeping them safe using encryption.

Source: www.news.com.au I have looked over that news site every day for years, in most cases every few hours as im a dole bum and want to know whats going on in the world. I found the link to that story on a conspiracy website and there has been no mention of the story what so ever on the actual www.news.com.au website...I wonder why? personally i think we should engage in double black tie protests. by that i mean we all dress up in business suits and carry those really thick black plastic pull tie things from bunnings. chances are if everyone did that the police couldnt do a damn thing to the protesters and then if they decide to put an end to it by dressing up…
