Just going to keep a build log my build here I'll update this original post with cost as it progresses. 1 bedside cabinet $30 6 x Philips 24W CW CFLs $50 6 x festoon light fittings $30 3m of 2 core wire $8 1 HPM mains plug $3 The idea is to have it gutted, install the 6 lights horizontally on a shelf, drill small holes on the inside I can put shelf supports on and pull them out and move the shelf to move the lights up and down as needed. I'm considering digging some underground storage... When i'm feeling extra paranoid, I notice there are some items around the house that i think would probably add some extra unnecessary charges if I was to get pinched and I really don't want to give the cops the pleasure (of my stupidity) It'll probably be long term storage, so doesn't need every day access or anything - but there might be times where I want to keep something out of site for a period. I'm thinking about burying a large eski or space case type container and covering it with a board and then dirt. I'm wondering if anyone has any advice on what they might use or do? Hello friends, i'm currently in the research stage of starting a grow and am looking to take every precausion needed. A while back, when I was doing charity fundraising on the streets of Sydney, I guy was talking to me about cannabis and he told me how police choppers can now detect indoor grow rooms through the infa red cameras they use for outdoor grows? How is that possible? And most of all, how can I avoid it? Really appreciate any advise!

A few years ago (11) a mate of mine purchased a stealth grow box / cabinet from some online hydro shop here in Australia it was nice they also had one that looked just like a fridge does anyone know who I am talking about?? as my mate can not remember who he purchased it from. Thanks.

I have been looking at some of the amazing stealth cupboards available in the US. Is there anywhere in Australia selling these? I am not interested in trying to build one as I don’t have the skills. I want the whole hydro kit, lighting, ventilation systems ready to go in a plain lockable cupboard. Or does another country sell to Australia? I really want to get this going as I need pain relief. Well it came up last year bout a stealth grow in a PC case....So here we go. A few years ago my son just wanted to do a grow inside, no room for tent or whatever so came up with idea for the case. He did all the funding and me all the construction work (of course) the case was the most expensive of course finding the tallest one we could. The lights 2 x 50 watt ufo led's and 2 cfl's in between the led's and a couple of extra little fans inside, drilled a series of extra holes and cut out of back wall for ventilation. Dodgied up some little light deflecting vents at back and one at front for intake. When we put container in the case and not much room left for growth, so we…
