:angry: WE found this in the sunday mail (QLD)24/11/02 Sunshine coast man charged with setting "MANTRAP"after fuzz find nail studded boards around MJ crop.The traps were square boards with approx 50 nails in each,they also found mj,amphets and guns one was a loaded 9mm pistol. We do not condone these practises and would like to know how every one else feels about this???????

Source: ABC Online Now most of these new law proposals are perfectly understandable given the current situation with terrorist activity and we fully support them, but why the need to search all people, vehicles and premises deemed to be in a target area as well as terrorist suspects? Is the threat of terrorism also being used as a good excuse to create a gestapo police force in NSW?

On the news last night the Sunshine Coast Police were appealing to the public for information relating to the theft of ONE HUNDRED AND FOURTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS from the police station safe. The officer giving the interview said and i quote " only police officers of the station had the combination to the safe" So if any of you guys/gals have any idea about who the perpetrator/perpetrators could be, could you please contact the said police station as they have absolutely no clues pertaining to the culprit of this crime. ------------------------------------------------------------------
