So, I was reading an article about how the LAPD are going to be deploying oral swab testing for drugs other than alcohol you know like Mary, but what if let's say you smoked 4 hours prior or 2 days prior and it's still in your system hypothetically doesn't make you pop dirty on those test's. How is that fair I understand the basis of what they are trying to do but it doesn't seem something like that could hold up in court especially with all the false positives oral swabs give.
