There is no pharmacological free lunch in cannabis or any drug. Negative reactions can result. A small percentage of people have negative or allergic reactions to marijuana. Heart patients could have problems, even though cannabis generally relieves stress, dilates the arteries, and in general lowers the diastolic pressure. A small percentage of people get especially high heart rates and anxieties with cannabis. These persons should not use it. Some bronchial asthma sufferers benefit from cannabis; however, for others it may serve as an additional irritant.

    First of all i just wanted to say I'm new, so a big hello to everyone And second of all, i was just wondering if anyone has seen or read the report done by Dr. Melanie Dreher, an American researcher who conducted one of the most in depth, invariable studies into cannabis use during pregnancy?   2. Best place to do this

    I have smoked marijuana for a few years because of increasing back pain and have decided its all an illusion so I have quit. I have allowed myself to be intimidated into thinking nothing is wrong with - pain should be felt and marijuana is too good at hiding chronic pain. Ive never felt comfortable using marijuana for pain relief because it clouds my thoughts. I decided a long time ago that Id rather die of a heart attack than any wasting disease so Im going to get hooked up with some designer drugs that should shorten my lifespan in a more positive way. Legalize it but criticize it!

  5. can anyone help me?

    Hi I just stmbled across this forum while looking for information for my son. He has serious depression and the ONLY thing that works is marijuana. The problem is getting the damn stuff. Right now in Sydney i haven't been able to lay my hands on anything and my boy is going downhill fast. He has medicine from the Dr which quite frankly does nothing much apart from turn him inot a Zombie. On weed he is active and awake. What i want to know is does anyone know a legal alternative that i can buy over the counter? Anything just to tide us over. He's so sick and i'm afraid of what could happen if he doesnt get his "proper medicine" soon.

  6. Smoking while pregnant

    Hi there, this is my first pregnancy and it is a twin pregnancy. I get really bad morning sickness, which last throughout the whole day. But i tend to find that i feel a whole lot better and not feel sick at all when i smoke marijuana. Im scared to think how it affects the lil ones, but i cannot handle being overly sick anymore.   7. Anyone Know any good hematology/oncology doctors in Denver co?

    I am just finishing up with my chemo for acute myeloid leukemia. I am in minnesota right now. I am moving to colorado in jan. I need to find a hematology/oncology doctor that i can see.   15. cannabis and epilepsy

    Hi, Just started posting so forgive me if this has been mentioned before. I have epilepsy and have tried many different medicaions to control it but the one I found that controls it best is cannabis! I have found that smoking greatly reduces my seizure threshold and as a result I have been able to reduce the amount of medicaion I need to take. Just wondered if anyone out there experienced this or is it all in my head?!
