Hello, Out of a discussion with a friend came the interesting question: what sort of evidence would police need to satisfy a judge in order to acquire a search warrant? For instance, generally when I read/hear the stories on this site about people growing who get caught, they usually say they got busted due to someone ratting them out. But I am just wondering how exactly this would work. I.e. If an individual, we'll call person A, would for whatever reason (e.g. just to screw with an enemy) go to the cops and say "Hey person B is growing weed!", would that really be enough for the police to go and search person B's house? Hi guys been lurking around for a while now and am considering a small grow to keep myself a steady supply. I am hoping someone may be able to help me with a legal question. I would be looking at doing no more than 4 plants, and would like to know on the off chance that i did get busted, would my girlfriend (that lives with me) receive any sort of charges or get a criminal record for being in the same house that i would be growing in? Obviously i would be taking all the wrap and she would know nothing about it. does that cover her or will she be in trouble too?? Thanks in advance guys

Hey everyone. I had an idea for a glass bong and I have plans to get them bulk manufactured in China and sent to my house. I would sell them on the internet to Australian and international customers. Could anyone let me know the laws regarding importation of bongs to Australia, sales inside/outside of Australia and any other information regarding laws or maybe even production tips, should I be looking at looking at finding a glass blower and producing them in Australia?
