So Ive had my first encounter with the boys and girls in blue. not that this is the case for me for everything.....i did make admissions and i did have photos so, simply put... dont make an interview with police telling them that you grow for medication....no matter how much ya think ya know - admissions are hard to exclude in court dont have more than 50 plants under one roof - its classed as commercial dont have lists of customers. - thats a hard one to explain dont have photos of your self standing next to cannabis plants dont have photos of grows that can identify anything in your house dont make admissions during the search - you have the right to remain silent....take it seriously!! dont use the…

Ok so here's my situation: October 2012 I was raided and received the following charges Possession of cannabis 1012g Possession of a smoking implement x 8 Cultivate a prohibited plant I was then put on an order where as the magistrate said no crime for 12 and you get no fine. hey guys and girls. i have some bad news to share. A friend and i where strolling through the park lands yesterday morning collecting mushrooms for lunch. Hi All, About a week ago, a friend of mine was chatting to Lifeline online and was telling them he took a fair few benzos and alcohol and was "thinking' about dying. So last time I was here I was telling everyone about how I was in the process of getting rid of everything, because of my spiteful ex. Unfortunately for me I didn't do this quick enough, and the cops arrived with a search warrant, and now I've been busted. Spewin! SO. been dreaming of growing my own since i joined this forum almost 4 years ago. finally got everything together had a decent little cupboard 2m x .4m x 2m 16 seedlings all less then 10cm tall.
