Just FYI Guys, after reading through some of these stories about folks getting busted and going to court many of you seem to think that using legal aid is more or less a trip straight to prison, You need to know that with legal aid you CAN pick your own lawyer, you may be allocated one initially, i have been there but you are quite within your rights to sack that lawyer if not happy with their performance and choose one of your own. I have done this several times myself, lots of solicitors that you would generally need to pay for will do the exact same job with legal aid funding, just ring around a few and ask.. Good luck..

Hey Guys, Was just pulled over by an unmarked cop car with the driver in full NSW pig uniform. He was aggressive and angry from the start. I politely asked him the reason for the stop but he just snatched my licence and returned to his car. After 10 minutes he asked me to step out with no explanation and started to search the car. Ok, so driving home last night with a friend baked as fuck, the light goes Amber I say hell no and put my foot down. The light turns red aaaand I'm still going. Havent grown in a little while so thought I would kick it into gear. The only thing I really needed was a fan/filter set up. Bought one second hand off of ebay set up worth over 700 for less than 300. Two weeks later four plain clothes CIB run through my tiny flat. All they take is the fan /filter set up and a HPS globe in a cool tube. No ballast. There was no grow room set up no plants nothing just those two pieces. Other than a mix and bong. How messed up is this country becoming that it is a criminal offence to own air cleaning equipment. No seeds, nutes ballasts air pumps fans water pumps or anything else was found. Becareful people.

So on Australia day I was in the pub with some mate. We saw some sniffer dogs come in with some cops, so I casually walked in the other direction, but ended up being nabbed by a couple of undercover Ds. As it turned out, I had the whoppingly massive quantity of just over a gram on me. Now, I've never been busted for anything before, my record is clean, yet the *#%@^ decided to send me to court over it. What gives?
