Hi everyone, Longtime browser , first time poster. I have been busted few weeks ago over some plants in my shed for my medical issues. I have medical cannabis scripts but found it too expensive. Police found 5 in a tent 30-40 cm high in veg. 8 seedlings in a clone box. 2.7 kg wet leaf/stem waste in a bin i was going to turf out but never got around to it. 100 grams of buds. They charged me with produce dangerous drub possession things , equipment etc bong , grinder . Whats the usual outcomes for this sort of thing ?

hi i have a 3 ft plant in the back yard and had police at my front fence asking if they could come out the back as they where after some one that was on the run jumping fences i said ahh i dont think so but he insisted i said i have a plant behide the shed he said how many i said one he said dont worry about it your fine that they were only intrested in catching this guy so i let him in he told me it was a nice plant and it was fine should i pull it ?he was a nice coper

Hey Y'all, I have a friend....... this friend has a grow op setup in a garage in Victoria. This op has 2 flower tents and 1 veg/cloning tent. Max number of plants at any one time being 30 plants. I had a pretty crazy time few years ago. I am a guerrilla grower & got got mega busted cops had a 12 man tacital investigations team plus 4 local detectives plus several uniform copper dogs track me for 3 months. The amount of time & money they put into this was incredible. They had the 12 man TIG covertly track me 24 hours a day. Got nipped this morning at 6.20 am for the first time, told the lady id smoked at 7 pm the night before.. went through all the usual shit, both tests positive now am waiting 6 weeks for lab result and to see if i go to court. Now i know these tests are floored and the laws around them are ridiculous. Im 28, dont have any criminal history and a couple parking fines that were paid. Im on my red P plates. After being busted in WA I found out a weird sort of loop hole. If you get busted with a plant it is in court a charge of one plant but the minute you chop it up it becomes a charge based on weight. So one plant might be say 2 kg wet once chopped & you get charged with 2 kg not one plant. Hope this helps someone.

Just gonna throw it out there guys Anyone any idea why a chopper would keep flying over and over my house at 7 pm with no lights of any sort on ? Not trying to be paranoid or anything but what other reason would they do it ? Can they see plants in the dark and how big would they have to be ? Would they be more likely to be lookin 4 grow lights ? Would the penalty for this be worse? What if before a roadside drug test either being pulled over by cops or getting to the roadside pullups you pull the car over got, turned it off locked it and ran home? Last month I was at work in a meeting with a client, I had call from a private number, which I don't answer normally. This is followed by text message saying we are executing a search warrant at your address call me asap. I thought it was a scam or something, but I call the number and sure enough it is legit.
