Hi Guys, On the fourth week of flowering and not really impressed with bud size so far, I'm growing in coco under 600W and have been feeding the girls Dutchfest Hydrogrow flowering nutrients. Just doing some minor pruning tonight to improve light to bud sites I was planning to add some canna PK-13 in two weeks time and now I am considering buying something like monsterbud or rock juice to improve yeild, ......I have heard good things about cyco flower and I also have some potash which I add to my garden outside that I was thinking of adding to the plants .....any suggestions or experiences people would care to share?

Hi all, I just wanted to ask if anyone has had much experience with Diatomite as I just picked myself some up a few days ago. I was wondering if this would be good to mix with my current medium of choice perlite. I just thought I would try something new, as I am hoping soon to graduate to a recirculation drip system for the first time. At the moment I am just wondering what you guys thoughts are on this as a medium. As I am getting far too sick of having to trash perlite, I would rather have a reusable medium or at the least be able to put it on the garden with out arising any suspicion at all. Also does anyone know if there is a certain level of silica in this stuff …

Hi stoners, going to switch over to 12/12 soon, i've already purchased some nutrients and additives and was wondering if I need anything else to maximise my harvest and quality. Currently growing white widow in rockwool. I have been using the following for veg: Veg nutes Cannarhizotonic Zyme For flower I have: Flowering nutes Cannarhizo Zyme Potash Is there any obvious deficiencies in that list? and can anyone suggest what else i could use to maximise my harvest Thanks in advance

Well, seems we aussies are doing it different once again . Going through the international forums I have hardly found anyone growing in 100% coco except the odd aussie, nearly all the growers in europe and the US seem to use a 70/30 mix of coco and perlite. I get questioned regularly about the lack of perlite in my grow, some are quite adamant that you need perlite to get good results from coco! I have been using straight coco for about 12 months without any issues with the water/feeding balance, which seems to be the most common reason people give for requiring the extra drainage (they say coco stays wet to long, not allowing enough feeding before risk of root rot). hrmm , .. can anyone tell me what really is the diff between a coco specific nute , & say , an allrounder ?? Ive contacted GT by email a week ago, but the slack buggers havent bothered replying The thing is, Im using a 40%coco/60% perlite mix atm , but I reckon I'll go back to all perlite , & try a 'hempy bucket' style ., & Im just wanting to know if the nutes will be OK for use .. I wont just throw em out , but It'd be sweet if I could carry on using it , knowing that things will b OK Any help would b great

Hi I bought "cal Max" today for a suspected calcium deficiency and when I got home I realised It also has added nitrogen NPK 2-0-0. This shits me cause I don't want to mess with my NPK ratios. The other product "Cal Mag Plus" has it also. Why do they have to add nitrogen? Just wondering if there are any alternative products. Thanks

ok.... right now im not using a gallon of water at each watering, but all nutes and such call for an x amount of nutes per gallon of water. a couple questions to illustrate my ignorance. 1. if i mix up a gallon, can i keep what i dont use for the next couple feedings? 2. am i limiting the nutes if i dont use the per gallon system? 3. i SUCK at math and fractions and what not, what measuring system will be easiest and most accurate so im not over/under nuting? 4. anything i can get to make it all easier?

Yesterday i bought some really cheap plant food its called miracle gro i know i know terrible right. basically i am just wondering on how to add the nutrients to the plant? so should i just add it in my soil whilst im watering it? im not even sure how much i should pour in it says add every 2 weeks ive already read the instructions ive diluted it and the ratio is 15-13-14 is that good for veg? considering that this is my 2nd grow ever im not fussed with expensive nutrients i'll leave that for when i get better well i at least hope to Peace

Hi all! I've been browsing marijuana grow forums for about a year now but i still have a few unanswered questions i believe i should clarify before i start my first indoor grow. 1. I'll be using a drip system so which type of medium is better out of clay balls or perlite? I'd prefer to keep it simple so if i have to choose only one of the two which one would be preferable? 2.
