is it wierd that my plants have not been fed ? i hand water them whenever the perlite dries out they had been sucking 750ml - 1litre aday of nutes (flower). since i flushed them 4 days ago (final flush) to feed em ph'd water the pots are still heavy so ive not waterd em im planing on harvesting 3 in days should i wait or rip em up now ? they seem to be drying out but also not drinking with the yellowing leaves drying up crispy pretty quickly today theve been on 12/12 - 8 weeks 2 days cheers for any suggestions! budgie

Hey guys just starting my first grow. Got some magic bud (paradise) germinated in rockwool cubes and about to move them into their first pots. Can anyone recommend what their preferred pre-mixed soil is. Would like to make my own but do not have the space for it. Anyone grown magic bud before also? any recommendations?

So here's the story. After a couple of attempted soil grows with little success (Im quite a newbie but kept having trouble with over-watering, over fertilization and poor soil choice/composition) I decided to undertake a little experimental grow... Im using: One 48 watt CFL (3000k) and one 13 watt CFL (2700k). Homemade aluminium reflector. 18/6 cycle Gravel grow medium (from backyard (sterilized)) with roughly 10% sand soil Tap water (left out for few days to let nasties to evaporate. Currently in a small pot (15cm diameter) will repot to 25cm for flowering. Now i thought i would attempt the gravel as it drains extremely well (too well) and let air to the roots. so i…

I just started using Bloombastic WOW! it works, It put the flowers into overdrive. Fatter than any of my other grows. I'm using 3ml. per gallon. along with my regular nutrients dutch master gold Flower, the PH comes out at 6.5. Great no PH up or PH down. I also noticed the brix level is high and mites don't like a high brix level so most of mites are gone so are there eggs, pretty cool. I got a sample of Bloombastic from Atami. info@ t-nou.com They seem to be pretty nice and sent me a sample within ten days. I just started using bloombastic so we will see just what it does with 4 more weeks of use. Happy trails anybody else using bloombastic please let me know…

Hi Everyone, I noticed that alot of questions about Nutrients get asked and thought I would create a post on what I have learned. This is for mostly Hydroponic as that’s what I know and love, but I imagine that alot of it is relevant to soil as well. I’m going to try and stay away from showing specific brands coz I know everyone prefers different ones. Well i'm an idiot, i accidently ordered flower nutes instead of grow . It's dutch master gold 2 part flower nutrient can i use this for veg as i only have 1L of each or do i have to get grow nutes? thanks in advance

A friend gave me some Canna bio nova a while ago but the label isn't on the bottle. Does anyone know the dilution rate or recommended dilution rate for Bloom (half strength to full strength). I've never used it before - anyone know what it performs like also? Thanks MR

Hi to anyone reading this ! This is my first time attempt with a full HYDRO system and im using Hydroton CLAY PEBBLES on a dripper system. MY question is how often and long should i water my babies ? im only just about to transplant them but am reluctent to move them incase i over/under water. (ive read to do 15 mins on 15 mins off but is that 24 hours or just during light cycle??) Thanks in advance for any advice. JimmyBee

alright was walkin thro bunnings and seen this, "brunnings feed and mulch block" now for one, it isnt the right once is it? need the potting soil right? and secondly its got a slow release fert in it called "Nitrophoska" (nitrogen and phosphorus) right or now? (sorry guys had to ask coz my local hydro shop is USELESS.

hin guys i got some rock flower juice and i wanted to know the best way to use this stuff.i am into week 4 and my buds arent big at all the bloke at the hydro store told me to use this stuff and it would help he told me to use my normal nutes at half strenth and told me also to use this at half strenght.has anyoneused it and what way is the best way to use it.i am using a and b dutch master flower as well as dutch master potash.my plants are in cocoperl in 50ltr pots.i know people dont like to use this stuff but i want to try it out myself and see what the diffrence is.at the moment my buds need all the help they can get they look nothing like buds at the moment.so please…

hi all this might be a stuiped ques but how do you adjust your ec reading .. i was looking into h & g shooting powder and it says to adjust ec value to 1.2 has any body tried this shooting powder before it says 1 sachet per 100 litres. i hand water 15 liters at 1 watering so how much would i add to 15 litres i dont know how much is in each sachet.. cherrs aussiegrow.................
