Just saw "med man" done in dutch glory premium coco with rock ignite nutes and rock resinator. Mighty fine results. 1.8 average per 600w. The girls where dripping with res. Well done apeman, you my son are a fkn legend.

First post whilst potting my roma tomato clones, using dutch-glory premium cocopeat. I stumbled upon something extraordinary! In this new bag of coir i had purchased was a cigarette butt.upon examining the bag i noticed a certification stamp from the rhp and wondered if tobacco was part of this certification.i immediately emailed the manufacturer and received a reply in quick time, the contents of which is as follows. That dirty Butt will have no effect on your seedlings . I have discussed this matter with our packaging company , and they are investigating . Hi all,I am a newby to this site and indoor growing.I have just set up a 1.2x1.2x2.0m tent with a 600w hps using a 3 pot recirculating system.At the moment i have 6 N/lightsxskunk going from seed(2 per pot)and was wondering if i should go 3 a pot then thin out the males and clone females when possible?They are about 10 days now and onto their 3rd set of leaves,should i be feeding them at this stage?any advice or feedback is much appreciated.

Recently while in the bunnings garden section i noticed bunnings have there own range of hydro nutes out now. Root stimulants,zyms etc and obviously much cheaper than at the local shop. Over to you guys???? BH

I have been trying to research just how much Carbon Dioxide i need to administer to a grow closet. I currently use a Soda Stream C02 system that i hook up to a plastic tub to euthanise all the snakefood quickly & humanely. As i can buy all the gas cartridges from Wooolies & they work out very cheap, I was thinking of using this same setup to enrich the air in the closet. Does anyone use this type of setup? Or could you point me in the right direction of tables that i can follow.. Many thanks!

Hi all I'd appreciate any thoughts. Basically my question is does adding h2o2 to nutes do anything nasty? Potted up before flower, added nutes per schedule, burned the plants. In hindsight this is obviously because the new soil and added nutes were too hot a mix. Caught it in time, flushed and dialled the nutes right back in a immediate after-flush feed. The girls are recovering nicely, albeit with a few war wounds. However as they are newly repotted, dampness persists at the bottom of the pot where the roots haven't penetrated yet long after the upper soil containing roots is dry. So I need to water, but am worried about the wet feet. I was wondering if adding a s…

Long story short, a friend (guy I'm growing with) was talking to another friend's uncle. This guy used to grow and told of a story how with one plant, he put a dead stingray and a dead shovel nose shark under the plant. He then forgot about it and came back 5 months later to find the biggest plant he's ever grown.
