Hey all, Here are a couple of Red Devil clones that have come from an indoor mum... The mum they come from was on 24/7 veg/light time so the clones had to be carfully 'hardened off' to the conditions(not that i made much effort ) .......all i did was whack them in 4" pots of premium potting mix and a tiny bit of dynamic lifter and then put them outside in a sheltered area through the day.....then i would bring them in at around 7pm and whack em under 2x 18wCFLs untill morning.......i repeated this cycle for about a week and then when the branch tips started to show signs of growth i just left em outside.....b4 i knew it they had roots coming out the bottom of the pots an…

hey whats up, Iv'e got a perth grow room (Greenhouse) and it gets into the 40's which I know Is extremley bad for the plant. Its tinted plastic and gets alot of afternoon sun which is apparently the worst kind? I would like to know if theres anything i can do to minimise the heat generated in the room, cutting holes in the roof is not really a option and i can have a fan installed, but i dont know that the fan will be sufficent as the room is 2M wide,5M long and about 180cm in height, and this is a standard 40$ house fan. I was wondering if there is any other way to dramatically decrease the temp and the cheaper the better (and the house is a rental so nothing …

First time grower in Perth - ordered the seeds, got the seeds, managed to get them all to pop and now have a set of thriving little seedlings.... I'm planning to grow them in the backyard veggie patch, and was thinking I should put them under some shadecloth to keep them from getting fried in the middle of the day - just wondering if that will slow the growth at all? It's probably a dumb question but I've put a lot of effort into them and want to make sure I get everything right! Thanks!

Ok guys, thought I'd put together a little outside diary for these little ladies. (No Lady Gaga's thanks) What we have is 10 feminised BlackJack from sweetseeds. Parentage is Black Domina X Jack Herer This time thought I would try something different and use a different seed bank, thankfully arrived without any issues in around 10 days. Also thought I'd experiment and try this outdoor grow according to the lunar calendar. Sprouted in damp shit-paper then planted outside at about 6:30am September 19th, a couple hours after the New Moon. Hopefully its gonna be a good summer More pics to come when they start to pop. http://www.prizak.com/images/od/001.jpg ht…

so, i never grew before... you chop it at the stem when you harvest, yeh? so, does it die after that? or if you chuck it on 24hr light does it heal and go through veg? these plant are only annuals, but if you have lighting can you change that???

I have been growing for about 4 years now and never have really been certain of any strains that i have grown... This current crop i have going is no exception. Not sure what they are and was just wondering if anyone had any ideas. Quick description, there really tall and bushy (easily over 6 foot), leaves are actually quite dark despite what they look like in the picture and all the plants have a very lemony smell. Pretty sure its an Indica dominant hybrid but any criticisms/comments are welcome. Thanks...

Hi, Im in Tasmania. Was wondering if i plant a few seeds a week or two just before my larger outdoor plants start to bud, will the seeds I planted bud up? like a mini or bonsai plant? hope it does because I'll put all my shitty chukout seeds in and see what happens. We have 12hrs and 45min of daylight hours at the moment. Also i recieved some 'purple jem' lowryder autoflower seeds does it matter what time of year i plant these because thay autoflower? And if anyone knows, what would be the best time to plant and harvest down here in tasmania?

So a mate is keelhauling some seeds to me. 3 or 4 of unknown breed that were part of a rough mix he got hold of once upon a time. I've read through some guides about how to germinate. That part should be all sweet i think Now i'm all cloudy regarding the next part o' de process i have easy access to a ton of fertilisers/potting mixes/growing stuffs so getting hold of any non-pot specific magical grow formulas isn't an issue. I understand such a small amount of (possibly old) seeds is probably not ideal for getting started but it's a light hearted attempt. Something i've wanted to do for yonks. I'll be planting in pots and having them grow outside during the day,…

Hello everyone, well I have a serious problem on my hands and i'm not sure how to solve it!! . I currently have 8 sativas in the ground, they are planted on top of a hill in rich brown soil on top of a clay base. This clay base has been perfect over summer to help hold water for the plants but thanks to the constant rainfall over the past four weeks the soil has not drained properly and my plants look almost dead. Very droopy with brown leaves, a massive case of overwatering by mother nature!! The soil on the site is still very wet, almost mud..... Can anyone offer any advice/ solutions to dry out the soil..... I really don't want my girls to die

Hey all, this year im hoping to start my first grow, it will be outdoors and i was just wondering how big i should expect my plant to get. I dont really have many of the details yet but im pretty sure i'll be planting about the start of October, and they should begin flowering around March-April, so thats nearly 6 months from seed to flower Im just using bag seeds so i dont know the type of seed will be I know that the size of the plant varies greatly depending on conditions and seed type and stuff, but just a very rough estimate of a first time grow would be greatly apreciated
