hi everyone this is a couple of pics of my plant its an unknown variety from bagseed.I planted it in about November a bit late i know, but it seems to bo coming along ok despite some fertilizer burn wich is a bit strange because i havnt given it any fertilizer, however i did put some horse shit in the bottom of the hole and the shit wasnt totally dry so i think that was what burnt it,also i put some wood ashes around the top of the plant i dunno if that would hurt it or not? now im just hoping that it turns out to be female cause im getting sick of paying for shithouse deals that are mostly stem and really crappy bud .To try and combat the fert burn i gave it a really good…

G'day All, I'm a first timer, so please be gentle with me. I have arrived at what i believe is Harvest time, Growing outdoors, Trichomes starting to go amber on the big buds, pistils mostly dark. I am going O/S for 3wks, i am intending on drying/curing in a big 'esky', it has ventilation, (plugs/lid adjar), lined with butchers paper. I realise this isnt optimum, its not a big yield, but dont want to ruin it, just the same.

Ive got two small Kindu Kush babies growing around the side of my house, but they are right next to the electrical box/metre. Is there any way I can find out when the metre reading guy comes around to check them? I plan on growing one guerrilla and one will stay there to get nice and big In a pot of course so I can move them when necessary.

So, as being my firstgrow I wanna do it all right. Is there anything I'm not doing right or should be doing. At the moment It's really tied down and tipped now I think 4 times. It's getting rain water about 8 litres every 2-3 days depending how hot it is etc. Water measures about 6.5-7ph, and I usually add a little bit of hydro nutes in the water. I think we're going at week 16-18 in veg, not sure tho. We're also having a small bet with my mate who guesses closer the yield. But I've never seen a growing plant until now so he has an advantage. Or is there anyway to estimate yield anyway? And when these outdoor plants starts to flower here in SA? Thanks!!

I hope someone can shed some light on what is a rather puzzling situation. I got some old seeds from a friend and have been growing successive crops over about 4 seasons. I have always watched carefully for males and discarded any that looked vaguely like they might be going to be males. As a consequence (or so I thought) the 3 or 4 plants I kept were always female. This year, I kept all 12 of the plants I germinated (needed to refresh the seed bank, and was happy to have males). Amazingly, all 12 were female. The odds against this occurring are, according to my calculations, 2 to the power of 12 = 1 chance in 4096 (assuming, simplisticly, an expected M/F ratio o…

Almost got one of my plots ready for this season. The dirt is hard ass clay so i dug out some holes and put 5 gallon buckets in the ground. I still have a few more holes i have to dig but first wanted to figure out how many plants you guys think i can fit in this area... (I'd say its probably about 5ft x 10ft). I also put up a 5 foot fence and covered it with the dead brush in order to keep it hidden, hopefully the weeds will start growing over it soon cause right now its somewhat noticeable. Do you think this fence might block a significant amount of sunlight? The area isn't frequented much so i'm not too worried about people stumbling across it but it is a possibility s…

Hey, I'm looking at growing outdoors. I live in the Melbourne region of Australia. I'm unsure of which seeds would grow well in our climate. I'm strongly considering these seeds Any suggestions on what other strains would be suitable for growing and some reasoning behind your choice? I am prepared to buy only off Planet Skunk as its the only site i've had good dealings with. Cheers

What's the best time of year to grow in Adelaide? So far I've been able to sprout seeds and grow them to about 2" tall in a pot in the laundry but then they die before I can transplant them into a pot outside. Is there a comprehensive "how-to" out there somewhere?

Hi People, I've been growing this thing since November. It's my first grow. Plant is about 4 foot tall now and stinky. Piti's are around half white half red. Should I harvest now? Or wait a week or 2. I've uploaded some pictures to help. Thanks in advance

Hi guys, I don't really post here much - only when I need help. ! Hope you don't mind me leaching some more information from you. My last grow was about 15 years ago.... The pics below were taken today. This plant is outside in Canberra in a tub with perlite and vermiculite - watered every second day or so (to keep it from wilting) with Dutch fest 2 part nutes. it has been flowering for about 3 weeks - some fan leave have started to drop which I read is normal during flowering - it is positioned in an 'ok' spot that gets sun until late afternoon. I'm a little concerned as Canberra is starting to get pretty cold and the pistols on the tiny buds are startin…

Hello I have an outdoor plant, nice big smelly one. Pistils are 25% brown, I'm not sure about identifying amber trich's, guess they're all still clear, I cant notice any difference from place to place How to best tell when this thing is ready and whether its predominantly sativa or indica?. If I post a photo, someone can give an indication? thanks, shane
