Hey lads, Been creeping around these forums like Dennis Ferguson at a wiggles concert for the last couple weeks learning everything I can. Just want to see what you guys think of my fairly budget build and see if you think it's alright. Only thing that's not in there yet is the 4" extraction fan and carbon filter that delivery has been delayed. Made my own Cxb3590 led grow light with 4 chips at 50w or 1.4a each. Used amd heat sinks that were cheap as to cool the chips and a meanwell driver. It's a flood and drain Setup with the reservoir hidden in the drawer section space underneath to prevent light in the res from growing algae. Res is also constantly oxygen…

hey all, new grower here but i have been lurking awhile and done a ton of research over the past 6 months before diving in. i've setup a decent grow room in a sealed area with split system aircon, i plan on adding co2 via a burner system but i am having issues sourcing a decent co2 controller in australia. all i can find are the superpro ones and i dont really like the looks of them, and they seem really overpriced compared to what you can source from US. i am just wondering what you guys have used if anyone has done this with a controller? i've looked at things like the titan atlas 2 but it is preset to 1500ppm, i would rather have control and be able to see what t…

Hi all. I'm making a new grow setup to expand. I have been growing one plant at a time to reduce risk, but after 2 males in a row, I have had enough. Anyway my question is, why does everybody use to reflecting light. I'm going to be using a wardrobe. I'm thinking of using allluminim foil for the walls. My last one I used white paint, which was fine, but I don't want to paint the new wardrobe due to its size. Thanks

Just wondering if anyone is running these split grow/flower and clone/mother plant tents? if you are is the false wall held on tight? looks like its velcro on in the online youtube video that is my only worry i may buy one its a bit smaller than what i need but once i have a mother or two established i can control my clones heights rather than growing from femanized seed

Hey guys, this is my first post on here although ive spent many many hours reading on here in the last few days. I was originally going to put a small garden shed inside a bigger shed and go from there, then i was going to use treated pine and build a grow room from scratch,, but now since im new to this and just wanting to have a go i might convert a closet. Im going to try do this on a budget although i understand sometimes cheap is expensive. At the start im just going to be useing CFL lights and was thinking about going to the local recycling shop to get some old lamps and use them sockets and plugs for the lights. Hi all, I'm about to convert my old Versatile double garage into a sleep out. It has a mechanics pit screaming potential grow room and measures 94cm wide, 120 cm deep 3.5 metres in length. I'm looking at dropping a grow tent down there to teach me basics , a small clone tent and a old wardrobe to house the mother. In the garage I'm building a wall to separate the bedroom from the lounge area and I'm wanting to know if I housed the tent under the bedroom wall could i pull fresh air from the lounge space and expel into the bedroom space. First things first, ive never done a hydro grow before and wouldn't know the first thing about it my question is; whats the cheapest way of going about it? I have a pretty small house living with my mum and older bro, all are cool with the Ganja plant but my problem is room to put the plants. What is the cheapest most cost effective way of getting decent buds and whats the process? As far as I know they require 2 different lights for veg & flowering stages. Hello! I am a about to embark on a misson. A Grow Room mission! I've been busily cleaning stuff out of what I suspect is an old grow room. These are some pics after I've cleared out all the shit I had stored in there. Next stage is pulling the wall lining off and re-insulating where needed. Then I'll reline with some spare plasterboard I have laying around and paint the whole lot Flat White.
