One way mirror glass?

Is there any particular type of one-way mirror glass you could use for partitioning a 12/12 and 24/0 grow cupboard? Being able to use this would let the flower chamber (a) give extra light to the growth space ( for 12 hours. [© is drying/extraction space if youre wondering]. =) Also, where could I get some? (BRS) A = 600W and its a 5'x1.5'x4' cupboard.

Hey everyone, Just noticed my humidity has droped from 70% + down to 44% just wondering how I can make it go back up? I have read putting a cup of water will make it rise but I have one in there and its only gone up 3% in the last few hours... Any advice appreciated thanks.

Hey everyone, I had this idea for a little bud factory just looking for ideas... Everything is just approx. how I plan on doing it but if you think i should change something feel free to comment.. IT would be 2m tall and 6m long and 60-80cm (what do u guys think??) wide made from MDF or something. I would have 2 levels 1m high each. Each level will have 4-5 400w HPS hanging on a rail so I can slide them along easy. Now for the beauty... I will have trays of 3 or 4 (What would be best??) 20cm pots x 4-6 20cm pots (depending on what i can get my hands on... Doe's anyone know where to buy square pots in bulk?) So this means I can easyily slide them out of the cabine…

Hey guys. Very new to all this growing, but I've been lurking about reading up on all the FAQs I could find on Overgrow and here and I reckon I'm about right to get a small personal use setup happening I have an old fridge I can use (as it has to be fairly stealthy) and I figured it would meet almost all the criteria? It's lightproof, basically soundproof, and the insides are already painted white I guess I can just use it for vegging for now and flowering when the time comes. Undoubtedly while I'm waiting for it to get budding I'll change the design and incorporate some more rooms... Anyways, for now a few questions 1) What do you guys reccommend as the pre…

Im about to start growing a nice little plant in my flat for my own personal use, I dont want it to be found however. I have made plans for a very sneaky bookshelve/storage unit, this unit will basically be a box that sits in my room but the way its positioned in my room it will look like a bookshelve and you wont really be able to tell how deep it goes.... The problem I am facing is that I dont want to remove all the objects from the shelves and lift it up as it could be heavy. What i want is a way to build a panel that somehow locks in and is stable, however when I want to check on my plant i can somehow remove this panel and get a good look at it. Any suggestions ?

Right well i am fairly new to this list and i am enjoying reading all of the threads that u guys have been contributing to. Right thats the arse licking out of the way! Ok i have never grown before however upon joining this forum it is appealing to me more and more. I have managed to lay my hands on an old fridge freezer and was wondering if it would be a good growroom (Who would suspect a fridge if it was making a humming noise eh?) Now would it be a good idea to keep the two sections seperate? of remove the divide? Has anybody used a fridge before , anyone got any tips etc....... Many thanks B.D.R.

basically, apart from setting myself up for growing indoors, i'm also on a mission to do it as cheap as possible and post the details for other people out there who think hydro is too expensive. heres what i have to date: wardrobe (2" x 4" x 6") - $10 from a local op-shop ($15 delivered saved my picking it up and fucking around) paint (yellow/white gloss) - free, had lying in the garage. plastic sheeting to seal the floor - free, had that lying around to, it's not a must have item anyway really. so the basic cabinet is taken care of. this particular wardrobe had a 22mm inset at the top which i baffled and turned into a light trap for ventilation, hopefully…

Hello how are you going. Now i am currently working out a plan on making my own cupboard/wardrobe Now i am thinking do you think this is 2 big or 2 small etc. Here are the dimensions. I have listed these in 3 different measurements cm, ft and inches. Width - 80.5 cm - 2.6 ft - 31.6 inches Height - 223 cm - 7.2 ft - 87.8 inches Length - 60 cm - 1.9 ft - 23.4 inches How many plants can i fit inside there ? Is there enough room in length ? And do you think thats too small or too big for a DWC system, light kit etc ? Write back thankyou.
