So far I've been lucky with an older model office fan I've picked up on ebay. It's been going solid on for a while now but want to get a backup fan just in case. Ok so I managed to convince the missus that a tent is required. Have a 1x1x2m. Gonna use the lights i have. Mars 400 and my hlf 65 quantum board plus have a mars eco49 as well if required. My problem is with setup of can fan and filter. Guy at shop said to hang the filter first, then some ducting then can fan all inside tent and somehow balance it offhole at top. Andthat once i saw it i would understand. But I don't!! Can anyone help me out please. I have a 100ml fan down bottom hole for intake. And guess I will need another fan inside to blow onto plants. Howdy, So after a few years of growing. I'm left with a small collection of carbon filters that don't work like they used to. Wanted to ask y'all how do you guys dispose of these? Or maybe you refill and recycle them? Seems like a big waste to just throw them out.

Hi all, Just hoping I could get some suggestions with afew things. Im wanting to setup a new grow tent preferably 1mx1mx2m with a 400w hps. Now ive done small rooms and also small cupboard grows in the past years but I have never ventured into tent growing...so im just after suggestions on a half decent tent of that size that isnt ridiculously expensive. Im also after suggestions for a 400w preferably digital ballast, cooltube and globe as I only have a bunch on t5s and cfls lying around from my previous grow and prior to that I sold my 2 600w magnetic hps's so now looking at going digital. Also looking for a fan and filter setup that would suit well to that size tent…

Hey all, first time building a stealth grow set up as i live in a unit now. The least obvious/affordable cupboard i could do is 33" W x 35" H x 18" L and looking for recommendations on cheap lighting that will be good enough for a fun first time indoor grow, i know the space is small but that's all i really have to deal with atm and know it won't turn out much better than a pc grow case but hopefully a bit better! I have a 600w hps light a friend gave me that i'll be using along with soil, is there a minimum ideal space for a stealth grows and what kind of average yield would i be looking at for such a small space? Was hoping to grow 3 plants but is looking very small…

Hi all I'm building a new grow room with a Max Fan Pro 400 for decent air exchange. I will be using a couple of mufflers and a carbon filter in the 400. Problem is in my previous designs the passive air intake into the grow room always lets too much noise out. I tried a maze for the air intake with fibreglass sound absorbing nailed to the inner ducting which does help, but I'm wanting near silent if possible? Anybody made a silent air intake? Any tips?

Hey community So I could use some opinions Ive tried germnating 11 seeds (seedsman)from several dfferent strains and ive had some really bad luck. Only 2 have spruted. 5 havent even cracked and 4 have cracked but the tap root is just peeping out in most of them I put them in water for 18 hours then transfred them too paper towels. Ive always used this method before with success. Here are my theorys 1. That it is too warm in perth atm it hasnt been crazy heat but i the 30s every day 2. I put them all seperate into paper towels but unlike the past i folded the paper towel over itself several time to fit them all on the plate. Maybe i suffocated them ???? 3. I d…

Hi guys, I'm looking at setting up an indoor grow and was wondering about tent sizes and quality. I'm thinking I'd like a tent for 2 plants and have looked at a 1.2x1.2x2m tent. I'm enquiring about the different brands and what others have used. I'm leaning towards either a Mars II 900w or a Mars reflector series 192 led. Providing ventilation will be a phresh 6" hyper fan and a 150x500 filter. Any thoughts from you guys would be awesome. Thx ooodog

Hi everyone, Very new here and just been reading as much as I can to get an understanding of what is involved to grow my own. Was in states at christmas and is very hard to come home to what is available over here. I don't have anywhere to grow even a small tent at home. I have this old arcade machine that I don't use. I am after advice as to what mjght best suit to make it work. I don't need much of a yield out of it as a quarter lasts me about 3 months. But would like.to get enough to at least cover cost of electricity from it. It already has a 3 point plug on inside where I have removed the cpu. Hey all long time again... Having my first go at an indoor. Decided to build a 3x3x2 space. Insulated with ametalin, earthwool and plastered up. Used an anti fungal flat white paint for walls and ceiling. Fully air and light tight room. I cant wait! I figure build it once and do it right. 1500 canlite carbon filter 200mm can max exhaust 250mm passive intake 4x 600w digitals Light and fan controller Grow will be in coco run to waste. Plan is to scrog. More to come soon.... if anyone has any advice feel free to chime in please!

Hi All, Planning to try a space bucket to veg only, just for a max of 3/4 weeks before moving into a bigger room to give myself a bit of a head start. There will only be 2 seedlings max. So I've got a big bucket, and now searching around for one globe in bunnings) Need the socket and globe combo. Any tips on what type of globe I can use?
