Ive heard of all these different methods, but not sure which one to try or which would be best suited to what i have. Currently Im using.. umm.. im not sure what type of 'system' it is... hold on. heres a pic: (click for bigger one) http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y236/nugget23/th_DSCF0491Custom.jpg Like I said, im not sure which type this is exactly, but all it is is a shelf with four holes drilled into it, which the pots sit in, and four buckets underneath the pots, which the …

well i am just finishing off a partition room measures around 1m deep 1.8m wide and 2.4m high the door measures around 60cm wide this leaves me with 1.2m to play with now i was thinking of making a passive inlet 30cmx100cm at the lowest point possable in the middle of the 1.2m side of the wall (centre to right side) with a peice of panda film acting as a flap the door is to the left of the partition and runs the whole lenght to the roof the exhaust fan is mounted high up on the left wall (just inside the door) i will be using a single 400w yes i know its not enough light hold on to your knickers the light will be placed to the right of the partition wall just behind the p…

Hey Guys & Gals, Well, I'm starting to get serious about the grow now and have been researching a wardrobe design for the last couple of weeks. I swear I'm about to lose the plot. Anyhow I've decided to opt for 4 plants under a 600HPS for flowering in a wardrobe measuring 6 feet wide by 2 feet deep by 2m high. That size wardrobe will hopefully cover the 50w per sq ft calculation. I will obviously have an intake fan as well as an exhaust fan and plan on using a bubbler system. I'm thinking about using an air cooled hood but still unsure. Haven't got that far yet. I would also like to make my wardrobe a perpetual harvest system by incorporating a separate light sea…

One of the easiest ways for LEO to track down an indoor grow is with infrared cameras especially if you run your lights at night Infrared cameras are widely used by law enforcement for grow room confirmation, and other surveillance operations. The courts approved the use of this technology as it is considered non-invasive. Growers fear IR because it’s difficult to ‘hide’ invisible heat. Protecting yourself against excessive heat emissions is a good defensive measure. What is infrared? Light and heat energy, warm objects, which then re-radiate excess energy. Some of this excess energy is emitted as low-energy infrared. (IR) is invisible to the naked eye, but ca…

As Ive posted many times in a number of places about my plans for my grow.. I just wanted to know peoples thoughts on what would be the best way to go about growing in an apartment with a single 600w HPS flowering say 8 clones or so SOG styles (vegged 2-3 weeks).. should i find a large cabinet somewhere? My best idea so far, is to get four long pieces of wood for the side supports, then two square bits for the top and bottom frame... (Remember I have to get it into the apartment without being suspicious) then put it all together (It can be exact size i want it to be too) and cut a hole in the top for exhaust fan and then make a front door for it, with a vent in it.. so …

I've got this old fridge in my garage and I'm thinking it would make a mad little grow room of course I would need to cut some holes in it for the exhaust and inlet fan, the fridge is about 53cm x 53cm x 130cm I'm thinking I'm going to need to try and run the lights at night to keep the temperature down. Would a 400 watt h.p.s globe be to much for this. :scratchin If anyone has any ideas or some first hand experience with this kind of set up I would love to hear about it. Thanks guys!

hi people . I need some advice from some experienced indoors hydro people.from maybe between sydney and the sunshine coast in qld. I am in qld. I am sitting around waiting for approval from the lesors of the place I rent to install a window ac.. It was going to cool the whole room ( not just my cab) right down to 21c in the peak of summer, maybe even 18c as i am looking at 5.3 kw unit which is around a grand to purchase ....its a room with high ceilings which is why I would need such a large ac unit.. But as its taking so long to get approval I have been thinking about a portable ac unit....and well I havent heard alot about them here in oz..and nor have I seen to…

Here is how I built a grow room using a fair bit of stuff that I already had or managed to recycle from other peoples left overs. First, where to put it, we happen to have a large laundry where we are at present. The larger of the two wardrobes has already been converted to a mother/clone set-up.

Hello oh great gods of cannabis growing. I wonder if you could answer a question for me? I have a room for growing but It is quite big 3m x 3.3m and floor to celing is 2.4 meters I wonder does anyone have any suggestions on the best way to grow in this room. Lights etc. I could be using a 1000 watt light. How should I maximise light to the plants? using foil? or a box around them with foil? or buy more light? I would like to grow maybe 6 at a time at the least. Do you think that is feasible? How many would I be able to grow under this light??? N
