Hi All, After a few suggestions from the brains trust. After quite a few years of not growing indoor or outdoor, I am now back in a position to be able to. Its great to have forums like this now with so much shared knowledge. Back when I was growing the net was the old dial-up & very limited info on the web. I have always had a few outdoor plants going, probably since I was 14 many moons ago. My indoor grows where just in the old Growtron. I'm about to try my hand at indoor growing for the first time, I have a 2800x1400x200 grow tent with two 600hps lights, a carbon filter exhaust fan. I'm not sure still on what watering setup to go with. So my questions are, I'm thinking about a 100 litre resivoir is this too big too small ? Also I'm setting it up my grow tent in a shed so with it being hot weather will I struggle to keep the nutrients at the correct temp? How many plants would a grow tent this size grow comfortably ? Any feedback appreciated. Cheers

Hi fellow stoners! I'm looking for some kind of drip tray/saucer for my large fabric pots. Something that can catch runoff, and keep the floor dry. The fabric pots are 50cm wide. The biggest pot saucers I can find are exactly 50cm: https://www.hydrocentre.com.au/index.php/pot-500mm-black-saucer.html, Those saucers would be a tight fit, and not allow space to hold any runoff water. So I don't see them working. Can anyone suggest any products on the market that might do the job? Surely there must be others running large pots and needing a water-catching solution? I've been searching for a while and can't find much. I did find some large water trays designed for hydropon…

Some of you might be following my tent grow and can understand why I want to up-size. For those who don't, I'm working in a 40*40*120cm tent. Going great, but I'll probably never get more than a couple ounces due to the cramped quarters. My medical needs would be well covered by 3 medium sized plants. I admire those grow cabinets in the US, but nothing really like that in AUS. Too expensive to import and it would probably draw unwanted attention. So DIY time it is! My plan is to get a custom 2-door cabinet from one of the many flat-pack joiners in the area. I know I can just find something used on Gumtree, but I'd rather have the flexibility of full customization…

Hey all, thought I’d share an idea I had for a cloning chamber I’ve set up out of a spare fridge. I had all the items already as I use them for salami making. I hadn’t really had much luck with cloning in the past when I tried a couple times because I’d forget to check on them and mist them and sooner or later they’d wilt and die, or id over water and get stem rot. So I started with a fridge I had in my garage. To that I hooked up an inkbird temp and humidity controller (about 60$ on eBay) and plugged in an ultrasonic humidifier ($30) Temp is set at 27’ so whenever it gets warmer than that the fridge will turn on and cool down until it’s back at 27’. Aye fellas, so im doin some research on air flow/fans etc. Tryin to figure out whats gona be best. Im running the HLG 550 V2 and a 600HPS lights in a 2.4 x 1.2 x 2.3 tent. Doin 3 plants in coco. Now tossing up whether to buy a temp controller fan or just go 1hour on, 1 hour off with the current exhaust fan inside. Hi all. Made a few post but still a bit of a new here and gearing up for my 2nd hydro run. I've been working on an R-DWC 36 site SOG for a 90cm x 90cm tent but I've been procrastinating a little bit on the design. So.... in the meantime have decided to build a 4 site RDWC UC system for the tent after reading some good reports on the cch2o UC systems. At around AU$1500>$1600 thought I'd have a crack at building one myself and it's worked out smashingly well.... Hi, quick one. Ive bought a carbon filter 'can fan' maybe. It worked a treat but how many grows do you get out of one before they arent so effective.
