Went to visit a mate today who ive thought was only an outdoor grower till he revealed this set up to me. Totally automated system there is a co2 bottle in the corner that cant be seen in the photos. Hey crew, just started a small DWC setup and I’m interested in people’s choice in air pumps. The DWC has been something I’ve slowly built towards and now it’s happening. Anyways! I have a relatively big 4 port pump running now with 3 ports blanked off and it’s noisy as hell in my house. I’m only running one port in a 20l bucket with a 106mm diameter flat stone and the output looks shit! I’m moving into an 80l container soon and don’t want this to be an issue. I've ordered some more LED lights for flowering. Two X HLG 260 will cover a 4 X 4 footprint. So I need a bigger tent. It would be nice to have some room to move in the tent, and (if needed) have room to add extra equipment( heater or cooling etc). Tossing up whether to get a 5 X 5 feet tent, however unsure if I lose too much reflective ability from insides of tent, by going to 5x5 ( even if I position the grow into a corner - using reflection of 2 wall sides)? Hey guys! I'm planning to do my first indoor grow. For some reason it's something I've always wanted to do, but just haven't bitten the bullet because I'm a little nervous! However! Isolation does some crazy things and I randomly bought a HLG 260 V2 on afterpay. So now I have a $500 light and not really any idea where to go from here but I have free time and a boyfriend who wants results after my purchase haha. Hey Stoners, ya miss me.. I missed you. Well the Misses has banned me form growing until our 2 Teenagers are 18 years old. (3 YEARS from now!) She has a point and I can't really bump her on it. I have this hidden room that you enter from the garage that I was wandering if I could turn it into a grow room. 3.4mL X 1.9mw X 2.4h double brick all around so very cool inside and feels damp with humidity at around 65% My first question is how would I bring the fresh air in as my closest source of fresh air is the window on opposite side of garage as can be seen on pic number 1? To exhaust the air I could cut 6" hole at the back wall of the room to exhaust under the house I guess Would I be better of going with hps lights instead of led so I can warm up the room better and at the same time lower humidity? Hey all doing first outdoor plants. At minimum cost. I was gifted Barneys farm kandy kush and amnesia haze from a seed bank my guy forgot. Got a big styrofome box full of soil ready to go gonna start putting some compost in there if that works?? Any other little tips? Legit germinating today. I'm going to be moving home and then starting a new grow set up. I'll be a little height restricted at 1.8m, but I can live with that. SCROG might help here. My previous grows had floor space issues, a micro setup 0.4*0.4m2 and a modest 0.6*1.2m. Soon, I'll have plenty of floor space to do something like 1.2*1.2m or maybe bigger. I'm only growing for personal use, so I won't go bigger than 1.5*1.5m2. Previously I could reach every corner and plant from the tent door. If I go bigger than 1m2, that's walk in size. Ok stoners here's the deal I have made a dedicated grow room inside my shed. It's pretty much completed, well the major stuff is. A bit of a run down on it - 2.8m x 2.8m White walls and floor 6 double power point Water Sink Insulated - all walls and ceiling No windows, pretty much fully sealed other than door gaps I will still use my tents in the room Just after a few ideas on the ventilation.
