just a thought i wanted to run past everyone about all the crosses coming out around the world and the thought of loosing the mighty strains of the past like true nl#1 and skunk#1 and many others that are being crossed , is it a good thing or a bad thing ? what does everyone think ?

Hi everyone, just wanted some opinions on a strain as im planning on taking the big first step of deleting my dealers number and growing better quality smoke. Bit of background info, i plan to make an extremely simple hydro setup for this. im not a huge smoker, just like a joint every now and then to relax from my stressful job. The grow will be to satisfy myself and a friend (smokes more than me, but still not an every day smoker). What im after is really a strain that has a high quality smoke, can be flowered fairly short, and a flowering time on the quicker side would be highly favorable. Hey, I had Swiss bliss growing in my out door this season and I put a few clones of Mazar out there anyway I later discover the clones were male from feminised seeds???? Anyway i got rid of them but there was some seeds in the bud I have kept them. Will they produce a cross between the two plants? I will grow them out in a few months and let you know how they go if it smokes well and strong will kepp them going. I want to get into breeding a few strains.

I have been looking on the planetskunk site for a little while now and am keen to get an order in. There are a few strains in my price range and im thinking of getting two or three types. i want something that hopefully doesnt stink too much although I can get a carbon filter so not that important. A big yield would be good as I wanna try and do one grow to last me for a while. A short flowering time would be brilliant too if possible. I was thinking of getting some white skunk, the pure and skunk1. But im a little confused the pure and skunk1 both claim to be original skunk1's but they look different any idea what the score is?? Heres a few pics,this Skunk1 Ive had for 8 years now..not seedbank bought,not quite sure how many years old it is,though its well over 20years.This pic is of it in vegetative state prolly bout 4 weeks. The second pic is in 6 weeks of flowering ,it used to finish at 45 days but over the years the flowering time has increased to 8 weeks,no loss of yield or potency,just takes longer The last pic here is of 2 top colas trimmed,as you can see they do look decent ,grows nice fat tops. I will dig up some shots of the finished strain dried with some macro shots,maybe a bit of bubble to go along with it............enjoy.

all right Ozzers, as i dont smokie anymore (five years now), well until the other night when me bestest buddy gave me a go on his apparatis (no not his shlong, you dirty bastards) i was impressed with the taste, sticky texture, and the way it went in smooth and came out harsh, the stone started at the brain and worked its way down to me feet, me liked it very much. G'day all, I'm trying to find a strain to grow just for personal and don't know what strain I should get so I thought I'd ask for some suggestions. The pot I get seems to be too body heavy IMO and probably too much indica in the strains. So I want to grow something that I would much prefer personally - I think the growers who I get it off go for the quicker finishing high indica % strains - whereas I would much prefer a purer type of sativa smoke but don't seem to be able to resource any so I want to grow my own.
