the cutting has shown signs of growth since yesterday but today when i checked on the cuttings this 1 had a root coming out the base of the plant where the stem is and then went back down at the corner of the cube never seen anything like that, is it normal or just a freak of nature that im gonna have to keep an eye on as it now has an exposed root system?

i got three lil seedlings in one pot, they're about 3 inches tall and have their second set of leaves (not including di-cotlydens), do i put them in their own pots or what should i do? they are outside plants by the way. p.s. They got really burnt in the sun because i left them under a fish tank acting as a greeen house on a hot day, any ideas for that to? cheers AFTERMATH

Okay, so I know this is a really stupid question but I've never cloned before and I want to give it a go. Do I have to have a mother plant or can I clone off the clones I've just put in my cupboard? If so how many times can I clone off clones? I've read all the tutorials so I kind of know the basics but any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hey all ... Iv been thinking of making a self - watering prop tray ( humidity tents, domes ? ) Is misting the dome a bare essential or can clones do without misting ? I was thinking of designing a prop tray with 4 misters evenly spaced out, mist the dome and time how long it takes for the dome to dry out. Then time your feeder lines to mist every so minutes or hours. Does it sound like a good idea ? Let me know what you all think. ~ peace out

im having trouble with sum nlxbb clones from mjoz the fucken things wilt a hour after i take off the humidity dome even though they have roots? why would they do this? i thought the whole reason for the humidity was so the leaves could take in the moisture because the roots cant. they are under a fluro in the humidity dome at the moment. should i keep trying to get them out of the humidity dome on there own or should i wait another week? any ideas on my next plan of attack would be appreciated

I'm interested in hearing propogation methods of guerilla growers. I need to work out what way I am going to start my seedlings so it will be easier to carry to my site (out bush). I'm thinking that I will use large trays filled with potting mix and vermiculite. Do you think the roots would get too crowded planting them all together in a tray(temporary, maybe three weeks before I plant)? Would I be better off growing in jiffy cubes? I wont use rockwool as It is too expensive:whistling

Hello again, My clones have been in an aero kit for about 3 months now, they are still looking good although a couple of them are showing preflowers under 18/6 light cycle. The roots on some of the clones are very long, should I cut the roots back before planting them into the net pots in my DWC setup? Cheers dwyndorf

Mum 1 leaf tips curling up,giving it plain water 2 times per wk without nutes as potting mix was added after cutting.is it something i'm doing or not doing thats causing the leaf curl. Mum 2 a very dusty speckled look to the leaves and getting worse. What do i need to do to get them back on track ?this is my first attemptat keeping a mum so any advice would be apprecited.thanks all.HR

hey ya here,s a good idea for a cheap nft recirc system, all you need is a flat plastic storage bin with top ie under bed storers are perfect, also you need a medium pond pump x Kmart $17.00 under bed storer about $12.00 from most salvage stores 1 13 /15 mm t piece about 12 cm of garden hose , not for bong,,, Tools required drill 1 self tapping screw small, stanley knife or similar instructions as follows , mind your fingers and play safe.
