Gday all i am having problems getting clones to root properley I am using rockwool and have had no problem in the past What is happening is clones look good up until about 14 days but then stagnate When i check for roots they all have big nodules on stem 2 to 3mm. They stay this way for about 5 weeks and eventually get roots.It makes no difference with light24/7 or 18/6 cheers mungus

as a few people know i aint cloned in a long time around 2000-2001 with success so ive just jumped into the deep end and took 19 clones 3 days ago one clone has already wilted and died the rest are perked up and looking nice but i wanted to find out if anyone else is using this APS clone food from DM ive read it keeps the clones growing as if they have roots is this bull shit or fact? 5L bottles are very cheap so if it does work and others reccomend it i might give it ago so let me know who out there is using it or a simular product

Hey guys hope all is well.. thanks for all the previous help... its been invaluable, this is my latest... this is ak 48 from nirvana.. 16 days old.. the second leaves are differant ? is it the strain ??? or am i overwatering???.... has anyone any knowledge of ak 48 and know of any tips and tricks ..... oh and is this strain a rip of of ak 47, as in seeded ak 47 renamed ak 48... if they are girls will add entire grow... wat is best??? 2 x 18 watt grolux or 1 x gro lux and 1 x 18watt 5000k??? thanks all your assist is so helpful... peaceout..someone

Well Gaz wanted me to post a pic. So I though I might as well make it an educational pic. I was at a friends place and he was cleaning out some rubbish. I saw he was throwing away an air pump so I grabbed it to se if I could fix it. Opened it up and had it going in 2 mins flat. He had just bought a kick ass resun 8 outlet so I asked him if I could have it. He was nice enough to give me some tube and an air curtain as well. When I got home I couldn’t wait to make a bubble cloner, which I had been thinking about ever since I saw the air pump getting chucked out. So here we have my kick ass bubble cloner that get roots in 3 days! Total cost: $0.00 !!!!!

I like this for the screen but it works well as straight plants. I will try and attatch photo. I take my cuttings when the plant is in bud. Down the bottom you will find small shoots with small buds on them. They are the ones you want. Just cut and spray like normal. Be aware they will take a long time to root (2 1/2 weeks) So good to take a few spare. When they do take, (since it is bud wich is a lot of small branches clumped together) all the shoots come away at the same time. I get up to 8 main stens, i usually only keep 6 and train them into the screen. It makes all your branches the same strenth so no big overpowering main stem. I grow to about 1 1/2 foot and place t…

I got given a coupl;e of lights the other day.......... a 70w hps and a 200w hps. Are either any good for use in cloning ? Cause I need a cloning light and they were free .

I saw this on another site and thought it sounded rediculous, any comments are welcome. "* First make a 2Ltr solution of water with 1 capful of bleach(5ml) (ordinary household bleach, mine is fragranced. Still works a treat though!) * Then soak seeds in solution for 4-6 hours. * Then rinse and soak in fresh water for 5 mins. * Then add to pot full of medium (i use coco but any well aerated mix works well), and cover seeds with another 1/2" of medium. * Water with light nutrient mix. * Cover with cling-film and poke a few small holes for air. - Thats it! Was thinking of using Miracle Grow as it's readilly available at my local garden centre. I live a long way from any Hydro places, so anything I can buy at the local garden centre saves me a long drive. I've read that you're suppose to use half strength mix. But when to start and hpw often?

Greetings y'all, Hope you are all well on this Sunday. I harvested a small amount of bud off of four plants growing in my microgrow about 2 weeks ago, which had started to go to seed due to my carelesness when removing the males. The bud is still very potent though. After harvesting, I put them back to 18/6 to attempt a reveg, which I'm planning on taking some clones from sometime later. I have read heaps about reveging and taking clones, but always once the plant had positively gone back into vegative growth. So here is my experiment, two cuttings taken one week into reveg. Sorry bout my bad photography. Some of it was so bad some images are missing. Taking clones has many ways and methods. The methods I use are a collection of information gleaned from both greenhouse work and Overgrow community. 1. Pre-Prep Two days before you clone. - Water the Mother Plant. One day before you clone. - Sterilise your cutting equipment. Select your clone. Leaving the clones you want on the Mother plant trim the excess leaves and tips from the stem where you will be taking your cuttings. :scratchin i know im doing this backwards but i just recieved my purchase from nirvana.. selection of strains have cracked their shells and are in their jiffys..
