Hi guys as most of you that know me and my growing style, I am nut for coco as my medium of choice for many many reasons, that I wont go into as i don't want this thread turning into a debate about what is the best medium to use and so forth. Started to day by getting all the coco ready to transport to the plot tommoz or the following weekend as i am starting my new job this Monday and wont be free till next sat and sun. The plan it to run %100 coco HEMPY buckets as I want to see how they perform in a outdoor type grow with very little maintenance. I will be using 10 - 20 ltr buckets, what ever I can get my hands on really. I will also be mixing in some dynamic lift…

Hey guys Finally got my shit together and have a couple of plants growing. Out of 5 seed three germinated, one died as a seedling the other two were duds. Now i'm justing wait to these two are old enough to see if they're female. The second plant sorta grew along the ground for a bit before it started to grow upward and it's displaying some deformed growth. I'm not sure how much this will affect the flowers but any idea on why it's doing it? The botched few weeks of growth? Genetics? This is my first ever grow, and as such i'm treating it as a learning year. Any bud is just a bonus. Currently have them in a greenhouse, plenty of water, full sun, and i was thinkin…

Hey guys some people may remember that 90% of my plants last year got smashed by deer. Has anyone got experience fencing these big buggers out? Anyway, i am open to stealth fencing suggestions I was thinking netting .9 mm wire 5 cm holes how stealthy is this? i have mucked around in the backyard and it blends in surprising well. does blood and bone work? i am really confused as to what to do.

My first grow will be a guerrilla grow. I am purchasing seeds from marijuana-seeds.nl unless you can convince me otherwise in the next couple of days. The following are my considered strains: Lemon skunk, top44, outdoor mix, afghan, mixed sativa, buddha and the 5 free royal hash. I have bought seed raising mix for the bubs then moving on to guerrilla style with blood and bone, water crystals enhanced, peat moss etc. I do have one question before i checkout, Without giving away details of stealth can anybody tell me does it come in a letter to the mail or a box/parcel to the office (for the company i have chosen)? Thanks

Hey Guys, Just wondering what a rough flowering time for outdoor crop would be. When i bought my seeds online (white widow & easy sativa) and it said 8 weeks. As I'm already about 4 weeks into growing and my plants are only about half a foot high and only starting to take off now I'm certain its going to take a lot longer for me. It'd be good to know how long some of your outdoor grows took to flower. Cheers.

Hey guys! First time grow and I have a few questions. I wouldn't mind being answered. First, what sort of nutes should I be feeding my babies? Hers a pic I think one of my plants is in the early veg stage and the other 3 are still transisitioning from the seedling stage. Today I went out and bought a few different ferts: Powerfeed Concentrate Fish Fertilizer: Nitrogen 12% Phosphorus 1.4% Potassium 7% Potassium humate 3.08% Miricale Gro Maxfeed All Purpose: Nitrogen 15% Phosphorus 13.1% Potassium 12.4% Seasol Seaweed Concentrate: Doesnt really tell you but says it contains virtually no nitrogen or phosphorus so im guessing its most likely just potassium. Epsom Salts: M…

Hey Guys, So Ive found my plots for this years grow show. Deep into a national park where it crosses onto crown land. It looked great during the day. But after getting up at 4am to take some soil in Im not so sure, Ive never seen so many wallabies in my life! Ive scouted every weekend for 2 months to find this place and its pretty perfect apart from the wildlife. Im going to have 6 big sativas (4 durban poison and 2 easy sativa) in the first plot. They are all from feminized seed which has just popped. I plan to take a heap of clones before summer and turn that 6 into close to 50 (in multiple plots but in the same general area). What are my fencing options to kee…

Hi all, Havent been around here for a while. This outdor grow started quite by mistake. Some bagseed I had thrown in a rosemary pot plant that had to be moved indoors last winter ( it snows here) germinated at the start of the warm weather here. So I now have 2 plants in one pot, I have repotted up to a bigger pot, but didnt want to damage the rot systems of either by separating them at this point. 1 is a bit bigger than the other, just hoping they are both girls. I have them surrounded by other plants in the backyard, so hopefully wont stand out much.

HI All, I posted in the "Post Pictures of your 2010 Grow" but thought i'd make a new topic which will be more specific to my grow and maybe get some help from you those guys who've been there before. This is my setup for my seedlings before i am taking them outside in the next few weeks. http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d100/eddy22/IMG_0918.jpg I have a fan that circulates the air and the room stays between 18 - 25 degrees Celsius. I have just added a 48 watt light that will boost the strength before transplanting. I've been having some trouble with the lower leaves of the seedlings developing a dry and dieing look and i cannot figure out what is causing this to…

Sorry in advance if I'm going over old ground. I've had a read through the back threads and can't find anything specific on autos in Vic, so here goes; As a back up on a hydro grow I'm about to attempt I want to do an outdoor grow with some autos. I've ordered a few seeds of the afrodites and smile strains today and hope to get them here by the end of the month. They'll be in a position getting direct sunlight from around sun up to about 3ish then they'll be in shade or filtered light. They will also be able to get regular waterings by sprinkler and tap timer as well as hand watering if needed. What fertilizers are good? Would seasol or powerfeed cut it, or even the hydro…

Hi everyone. Obviously I'm new around here. Just been browsing and searching through this forum and I'm now feeling a little confused. Now I'm guessing that growing up here should be relatively straight forward due to the good weather we have, however I'm getting confused. I'm really sorry to be asking such dumb questions especially when many of the posters here appear to be pretty advanced but, well, I just don't get it. So. Because I live in the tropics I start getting confused straight away. Can I begin a grow any time of the year here or am I still bound by 'seasons'? I'm guessing (from reading the forum) that I need to pick a mold resistant species such a…
