Here is the scenario. My friend and I live in an area where getting good weed is very difficult, and have been discussing as of late the option of growing our own, and enough to, shall we say, help out the local connoisseurs. He is a field man for a fertilizer company, so he has all the access to chemicals we could ever need, and a fair amount of know-how when it comes to growing plants outside, but we are going to be confined to a bedroom in an apartment, and are unsure of where to begin. Just wondering about watering times with hydroton switching from perlite so its gotta change, is 15mins every 2hrs fine or am i leaving to much delay in between feeding..

so yesterday i tranzplanted from a small 1.5 inch rockwool cube and could see the taproot poking its lil self out a bit . and today when i checked out the 5 inch cube the little bastard was stickin out the bottom!! but the plant itself barely looks bigger, i mean the leaves are a bit broader but thats it . just a question though.... i mean im feeding it high 9-14-8 right now...could that be why? i mean if i switched to my other sheeeit making it 24-14-17 would that make it grow better as a whole or do you think that would poison the shit out of it...? it looks real perrrrty right now though so im doin good i assume Merc.

As per the title, girlfriend is going for her residency medical, they perform a blood and urine test, do they check for cannabis? Ive heard from another scource that they test for cocaine and heroin? Cheers

So for about 2 weeks now three plants have showed their sex Ive got two lovely ladys and 1 male that is growing balls at a fast rate i had no idea when the balls would open but yesterday i didnt keep an eye on my grow room until later that night and i discovered that one of the balls had opened. will this pollinate my crop? because this is my first grow and i really dont want seedy bud. i know its only 1 flower that opened but what are the chances. i got out a spray bottle and misted my females to get off the pollen if thats possible.

haha i was wondering. in general how tall a plant should be on average after 4 weeks with a descent set up. 3.5x3.5x4.5 150w HPS and 4 cool 26w CFL with great vent and no light leakage - hydroponic) (i am on week 2- day 15 since germination and placement in growing medium) and im at a little about .75 inches. is that good? nutes are approximately 24-13-17. (looks very healthy ) the strain is Sour Diesel any tips for me? and am i doing good?

I just started to grow a plant not long ago, wanted to use water with correct PH levels. I realized I had PH test strips at work, so I took a few, but the scale is strange. It says PPM, parts per million. I want to know how to compare that to a 1-14 PH scale. The scale on the test kit I got is (0-150-200-300-400)

Hi all! Long time smoker, fist time poster! I'm sure these questions have been answered before, but any help would be greatly appreciated!! I'm interested in growing 2 or 3 plants in my house. I'm not really looking for any kind of hydro set up, just a couple of plants in some pots, in the sun-room of my new place. In saying that though, I also believe that if you're going to do something, do it properly, so if there was a super-cheap and easy option of doing a hydro set-up that someone could recommend, I would be appreciative. Hi guys, How many lowryder #2 feminized seeds do you recommend that I grow simultaneously in a 7 pod aerogarden? I currently have 5 seedlings growing 1 week. So, I have 2 pods free. Is it possible that with the right lighting placed above and to the sides, I can realistically grow these 5 plants in 1 Aerogarden Deluxe. The height issues isn't a problem since I have the 24 inch light and the Lowryders don't go above 18 inch from what I heard. It's my first grow so any help would be appreciated.

Does anyone have experience with a NZ made device called Hypergrow? Its basically a phototron as far as I can tell..it has 4x34w curvalume fluoro's (big U-shaped ones) and either a philips sl 18 prismatic (veg) or sylvania electronic lynx bulb (flower) -both fluoro's-eddison screw. Consists of a base with wheels, a top with light fittings and ballast, a heat pad, a raised tray within a tray (ie:pot with res) and all four sides are white painted sheet metal that slides down aluminium angle brackets (This gives it stability-it's a basic frame otherwise) I've used it a few years and need some replacement parts--found some places that sell them too-- just wondering if anyone …

i just ordered a 250 w HID sodium kit... dont know how to use it... as in how high 4m the plants should it b? also what area can it work with?? if i use both the hid an some 2700k cfl's doring flowering will it increase my harvest?? or should i just gt another 250w kit??? im growing 5 plants in a 4ft by 2ft area....
