I have a question im growing coco and perlite mix well about too put seedlings in it after they are germinated On the bottle of nutrients your supposed too use 1/2 strength for young vegitive plants should I half the ammount yet again for seedlings? And do I add the nutrients before planting the seeds or just start with water ? Thanks

Well i am looking for some smaller varieties too have a look at for in my cupboard. I HAVE about 2M but really cant use all of that and the less used the better. As well as this i am looking for a reasonably quick harvest, doesn't need too be MASSIVE though as it will be for my personal use only and that of my friends... or alternatively something that perhaps would be ready in sections... otherwise i will probably just looking at staggering my grwo by a few weeks too a month so they all produce at different times. So ive decided to finally take the plunge and organise myself a bit of a grow room. I'm not planning on going all factory on it or nothin, just two or three.. or maybe four healthy plants. My closet is *runs down to room with measuring tape* 3ft wide X 1 1/2ft deep X 5ft 3" high. And another section the same measurments except half the width and split equally into two sections although the divide can be moved around with little hassle. Hi all.. Just bought myself an ec pen from ezitools and am a little confused by its readings.. Dutchfest recommends ec of 1.6 - 2.0 but my meter only shows whole numbers?!? Does this mean 1.6 is 16 on my meter or what? Cheers

ok i know a lot of you guys are for the annihilation of these plants but.. I grew some out door buds 2 years ago using some bag seed and the progeny was hermies. This year I used seed from those hermies and the progeny is sensimilla.. Why is it so????

i thought i might as well just leave this thread as my temp grow dairy while i set it up. any advice, tips and suggestions are what im postin for. so im in week four of veg, and im just blown away at the speed of growth. i knew indoor plants grew fast but faaark. here lies my current dilemma. as you can see one plant is much more developed than the other. the larger plant is one week older than the smaller one coz it was an emergency replacement for the origanal that died. so its 20 inches tall and the smaller one is 10 inches. ive fimmed the big one already and only pruned dead or dying foliage from the base of the plant. it hasnt slowed vertical growth though. i kno…

HI guys! I'm new here and looking for a little advice. I just built this 1st grow box. this was intended to be my Veg/Mother box. A friend of mine hooked me up with a meeting with another guy who grows and he invited me over to see what he does and his op. When I was meeting with him he had about 35 plants 1 week into flowering all under a 1000w HPS hanging about 4ft from his plants. All of them were really stretched. He was using some generic blooming nutes and re-used soil from his last batch. He ended up giving me 6 plants that showed no sex. My plants are about 3 maybe 3 amd a half weeks old right now , im wondering how long can i wait till topping them Its kinda early i know but the internodes are so close together some of the bottom leaves on the plant are dieing off I was wondering if I should top it now to give the plant a bit more light down below any help appreciated Thanks!

How do i check i hear some insects are barely visible too the naked eye Do I need a magnifine glass or something? My plants are 5-6 weeks old , harldy look like they wanna grow , the leaves on the bottom become yellow and die off , leaves that were on the top now become the bottom leaves and they die off and this cycle keeps repeating its self

hey all just havin some trouble figuring out the hole swapping lights thing you see yesterday i went and got a new light just a 400 hps to put my to plants under and well what can i say she didnt like it but i dont no weather its because iv kept her under crappy grolux tubes for to long. so what i want to no is when raising seeds under floros how long b4 u should introduce them to h.i.d lighting because i just got some blueberry seeds and i really dont want to fuck em.
