I have in my flowering room 5gal of beer fermenting. I have know Idea how much co2 is coming from it but All the plants are showing more growth and larger buds are forming. So I was wondering if any one elce has tryed this and if there is any improvements I could look into. I would love to use a co2 tank and regulator but that is not in the buget for now. Any ideas or comments are welcome Thanks

I expect this gets asked from time to time but I havn't found a recent thread for it. I've been reading through the seed bank, there's heaps of good info there but I'm finding it a bit overwhelming so I thought I'd ask it like this: I've already bought one batch of White Skunk from PS, mostly because the seeds were cheap. and didn't seem to have any bad points. But now I'd like to leap out into the unknown and try another strain, so could anyone advise me - I'm looking or a strain, hopefully from PS or another supplier with a reliable reputation that's not too pricey, is easy to germinate and grow (as I'm still new to indoor growing), is ideal for indoor growing (not to…

Hi people Just wondering if anyone has used oil fillad radiators to keep the heat in their grow room as my room temp is dropping down to 68 degrees and would like it back up to about 72 -74 degrees . Bought a fan heater the other day but no good for the plants , Any advice would be great , thanks people

I wanna get some seeds in. I'm deciding between PS or HGS. The main reason I wanna use PS is 'cos they have an account in Oz which is convenient. I hear that HGS seeds are better quality and have a better success ratio. They are also generally cheaper and give away free seeds. Can someone who have used HGS let me know what they thought and most importantly, what's the safest way to pay for 'em. I don't want to leave a paper trail and they don't except $AU. Cheers. Rez.

I have a Run-to-waste setup witch feeds 8x300mm pots with 2 drippers in each pot. The pump that i have running is a AQUA ONE 105 PUMP (2500L/H MaxH 2.6M) Also the hose that joins the pump is a 13mm. Then the 4mm dripper hose comes of that. The problem that i have is once the pump is turned off, the water still keeps pumping through for a while longer because of the pressure in the hose line i believe . How can i stop the pressure. At the moment this is forcing me go into the grow room every night, place the pump into the drum then once finished pull the pump out of drum( the drum is which holds my nutrients) Any ideas,

I've been looking into going to tafe and get a certificate in horticulture or something along the lines of that. I want to grow and sell fish fruit and veg by having a aquaponics fish farm and I need to learn. So i'm after a course that could help me with growing marijuana hydroponics and aquaponics while learning all about growing plants and fish ect... What my goal outcome from this is to open a small aquaponics farm where I can live and work and produce a income that i could easily live off and grow lots of marijuana at the same time. If we want to deodorize the air in our grow rooms, eradicate air and water borne diseases caused by humidity, bacteria, viruses and organochlorines in our nutrient reservoirs, ozone generation, both air and water, seems like an excellent option. Has many of you out there used ozone to good effect? I'm considering forking out the cash 'cos I reckon it'll save me some down the track and increase yield.

Hi all, i'm new here n new to growing, I can successfully germinate the seeds but cant seem to make em grow for more than a week or two, they start to wilt n die on me. I'm using root riot blocks, ph'd water, n been told to use abit of formulex which i added 2 days ago but no difference. I've got two 20W energy saving bulbs on them. Please help me guys!!!!!

I'm looking to get hold of seeds (to qld), and have come to the conclusion that a seedbank overseas is where I need to go.. Been researching the options and looked at a few shops, decided that planetskunk is probably best. Even though I have an aquaintance who tried to get a shipment from there who never showed, and no letter for customs - that aside. People seem to have good things to say about 'em. Anyway, my concern is for a safe-drop, not sure how to go about it. I could order in a bogus name I suppose - but then, what if its a 'parcel-sized' envelop which gets returned to local post office? Please, I'm not looking for opinions on this one. I have read enough of opinion based comments on the web. What I need is someone who KNOWS or has EXPERIENCED on what I'm asking. I have read that white plastic tents set off a gas which is harmful to plants. So I am looking at this supposed NON-TOXIC tent. So I have planted some seedlings that I germinated about a week ago and I planted them not very long ago. Many people have told me to water them once a day but during this watering how much should i be watering? SHould i be drenching them or only lightly spraying the top soil??
