g'day folks. i had a mate few seasons ago pulled a small plant, twas hermaphrodite... he got like 10000 seeds of it and every single one is female. over 200++ of them seeds have now grown into fully mature female plants. not a male in sight. what i read somewhere here on the forums is that when you do pull a hermi, theres 3 ways ya seeds can go - all female, all male or half/half. now - my mate has moved way too far away to get anymore of thease little babies. im friken kickn' meself. So i want to try and grow a few hermi's in a room, and try hopefully pull 1 batch of all female seeds. if i grew a whole room of hermi's, does this mean that all the seeds can swi…

Hi all, I'm hoping you might help point me in the right direction as to what to grow. I've been doing a bit of reading, that said there are more strains than i know what to do with. i'll be importing seed, and my situation/requirements are as follows, i'd like to grow in soil (indoor is prefered if possible), it will need to be stealthish so no monster bushes, i'd prefer something that gives a good heady/cereberal high though a bit of a body stone is ok. i'm looking to predominately cook and vape with it with the occasional spliff thrown in. this will be my first canna grow so i guess it also needs to be kinda forgiving. if you need more info etc just ask. i'll be lookin…

I was just wondering i have 2 types of fertilizers, Searlers Flourish and Manutec Boom Bloom Booster Searles Flourish NPK: 16 - 4 - 25 Boom Booster: 6- 14- 16 They are both water soluble fertilizers, can i mix these 2 together and follow directions as normal to bring the NPK ratios up...or is this an unwise thing to, or should i just alternate the use of these 2 products....

hey guys , well looks like ill have to be moving down my property, cant keep up with the rent here in sydney and cant go hydro. Im at Mudgee NSW. Im after a full indica plant, grows big and yeilds good... I cant afford to go hydro down there I have no power. So those couple of big plants ill have have to last me till next season Has to deal with extreme dryness of weather, water droughts are hard down that way , Will have a water tank but you never know what could happen...And at night i must admit it gets very cold.... plants are in hothouse, roofs only 6ft so had to bend them sideways nearly but trunks are fat as drink cans, all in their 20th week, when will they start budding? Ihave virtually covered hothouse with shadecloth in 18th week is this ok? Also i must have overfert because 1 was burning(yellow)at tips. I flushed with lots water and left for 2 weeks ,how much should i water at 20weeks? Ialso have a few leaves dropping off by themselves(3-5fan leaves a day)is this normal?

Hey ppl, I just like to know what kind of scents you get from your plants and do the scents change over time? or just intensify? right now I love the smell of my plants, they are almost a savory (gravy and onion) type of smell, it's strange but it actually brought back some memories of a meal i once ate when i was really young hehe

i had about50-70 seeds i fort they were all shit seeds so i tried germinating all of them turns out there not as shit as i thought they were so ive got about 50-60 germinated seeds and have no clue whatto do with them any suggestions?

Hi I hope everyone had a good Christmas and a happy new year. I have a question to ask any experienced grower. What I have is three plants growing and they are in the sixth week of flowering. I don't know the type of plants they are but I do know that they are Sativas, anyhow they are in a growbox and I can't keep the temp down. It is sometimes at the one hundred degree mark! They are growing on a 12 - 12 cycle and looking worse for wear due to excessive heat. I also have several small plants growing outside and they are in a shade house and growing really good and healthy. HI. I live in Adelaide, and I don't have much money for a grow op, but I can probably afford (just) the seeds (5) and cheap pots. I want to start growing outdoors in the next 2 or so weeks (hopefully it won't take longer) I have absolutely zero gardening or similar experience, and I am well known for having poor hands on practical skills Nonetheless I am determined, because its that or give up weed for good because the habit is too expensive (actually don't like the word habit, its not very addictive). this is my first attempt in horticulture i made a box whit 1m x 1.2m x 0.6m, this will be the home for 2 plants, i want to drill some holes to put 120mm pc fans, from what i read i need around 200-250 cmf, one simgle fan have around 50 cmf, what is the suggestion about the number of the intake and the exhaust for the box and also how do i possition them. Hello, Firstly I've never grown a plant before so I don't even know where to start. Before I buy anything (seeds, soil etc) I want to be confident I have a fair idea on what I'm doing. Few points - I live in SE QLD, temps are a pretty consistent 30 degrees now and the rainy season has begun. I'm assuming it's too late to grow anything and I should wait to around September right? I want to grow outdoors. Not where I live though, in some bushland somewhere near where I live.
