I am ready to flower. Someone I know recommended putting the plants in 24 hours of complete darkness and this will trigger flowering. Then 12 hours on 12 hours off...etc.. Can anyone confirm this 24 hours of darkness practice for me? Thanks.

Hi. I have a 1.2m x 1.2m x 2m (high) Grow tent with 1000w globe (so its as high as it possibly should be for such space). I just put a small seedling in their, hoping its old enough to go in. How high would you guys keep the light above it? As a rough estimate it seems about 1.5 metres above at the moment. When would people bring it closer? Any ideas would be appreciated. BTW the temperature in the area is perfect.

I had this certain strain recently that this guy called Hawian Mist. Any one ever heard of this? When i smoked a bowl of it within 5-10 min i was completely disorientated, it was like no high i have ever felt before. It gave me vertigo, made me feel like i was spinning around very fast and on top of that it felt like i was being crushed by two peices of concrete. I had no feeling in my whole body, every thing i would touch i couldnt feel it. Im starting to wonder if it was more than just weed. Any one ever experience side effects like that? And anyone ever heard of Hawain Mist? Thanks.

hello everyone. so in my 10x10x8 room.....i have about 30 vegging babies. the humidity sits around 20-40%. i have a bucket of water in the room at all time evaportaing. i just bought a vicks warm mist humidifier...up to 96% bacteria free mist ...and was wondering, if iput this on in the room would it do more harm then good? i want the humidity around 60-70%. should i go back and buy a cool air humidifier? is the warm air bad besides the fact its gana raise the temp also? bottom line.....are humidifiers okay for grow rooms? i dont want to deal with mold,fungus,algae or anything like that. thanks in advance and yes the room is airtight with adequate ventilat…

Hey this is my best plant but I don't know what is wrong with it. Is it a female? or a male? (what are those pod type things on it?).. Is it okay? Please let me know what people can deduce about this plant from the picture... Also it may have started to flower, but I am now providing 24 hour hour light to try and stop this.

So... I'm hand watering and want to do a SOG in a 1.2x1.2x2m tent. I have a heap of little 100mm pots, but i think they are going to be a little small for the roots... The next size of pots i have would only fit 16-25 max which is just not enough... So, this morning, pondering on how i can get a heap of the correct sized pots without paying an arm and a leg, i remembered the Disposable Food Packaging joint next door. He just so happened to have some small black food tubs he wanted to get rid of with no lids (which you buy seperate in any case). They are 10-20% larger than my 100mm pots so hopefully it will give the girls just enough room for the roots to make it th…

G'day, this is a shot from above of one of the Colas Forming on my ScOG grow. I'm not sure if the grow method/stress would cause the leaves to be short and yet thin ... (Sativa like but very small) the other plant I have going same age same sort of light, has leaves on it 5 times as big as this?? Cheers for your advice, Im more curious than anything,... really, gunna smoke it all the same

Hey dudes, im a noob so forgive me if this is a retarted question. Moving states unexpectedly ( will be flying ) and i've got a few small plants on the go they only about 3 weeks, was wondering if it would be possible to post them OR take some clones, and post. The seeds are ordered from the net so was hoping to salvage whatever i can instead of having wasted money on seeds. if it is possible would they even survive the 24 hours of getting thrown around in the post? As a last resort i will give them to a mate here and he will pollinate one and send me some seeds but not all that keen on waiting a few months to get my shit started again or buying more seeds from the net …

HI All First time grower hydroponically, but things so far are going remarkably well. Anyway, I got a lot of info about growing times. A lot of people say 18 hours a day is typical during the vegetation stage, but they go onto to state that they have 8 plants growing under a 600W lamp...etc... I have 5 plants in total on the go and they are under a 1000W HPS with reflective covering around the walls. I am wondering two things: 1) I have been growing under about 13 hours of light a day and they seem to be growing rapidly and look very healthy. However, it would appear that a 600W or 400W going 18 hours a day would be sufficient for good growth for the same area and…

helloooo..... sooo i typed co2 in the search bar and amazingly nothing poped up...weird anyways i have some questions about co2....i know its good but what i dont no is how can it be bad? my babies recently went extremely yellow and havent grown in 2 weeks.....im thinking its co2 burn... i checked my regulator and even when the timer was off the green ball was still floating,indicating its still on. i think co2 has been gradually flowing into the room for....close to 1 week and i think thats that villian to my babies. any advice would help.....i have checked google and all searching for sighns of co2 burn but there are no photos anywhere..... ppm is low.....lights …

Hi every one, well my master kush seedlings are going alot better than i thought they would be and are ready to be topped. At the moment they are only 3 weeks old so by the time the cuttings have rooted they will stil be only 4-5 weeks old. Is that to young to put into flower. I thought i read that they aren't mature until 8 weeks

WAS TIEING THEM UP FOR ABOUT 2HRS - THEN WENT INTO THE SHED AND STARTED FUCKING AROUND with my new fans, came back out 20 mins later after going into the shed and 3 of my plants were ripped! from about 1ft up the stem. there was 11 in total, whoever ripped 3 - very quiet they must have been i ripped all the rest and hurryed it to a mates. thease things were about 5ft at minimum - they got 2 x skunk 1 and 1 x guerilla gusto. bloody dogs will be back - now i started ripping all indoors down. barely anything left., fucking pathetic fucking dog cunts. i have a fair idea who it is - dickhead will go buy some meth and stick it in his arm. now i gotta fucking mov…
