Hiya stoners , Err my plants are only 17 days old... day length will be 12/12 in 2 days time ! Its good to know that i have 3 fems so far ! But in all honesty i dont want these plants to start budding in a sog style ! Do you guys think i should let em go and allow them to revege ...OR..give them extra light to prevent the buds coming on ?? Damn i thought i'd be safe to allow 6 weeks before they became mature and the length of the days would allow them to continue vege growth . Umm some input would be greatly appreciated ! hey guys new to the forums, first time hobby grow - just want to find out if anyone could tell what type of bud i have here - also wondering why the plant on the right has a different looking crown? could one a male or herm? both the plants have one or two buds around the middle with 2 or 3 seeds - no seeds anywhere else though? whats the go there the plants are 4 months old i think they are nearly ready to harvest, what do you guys think? ive got a 40X mini microscope to look at the trichomes they look fairly hazy - left plant has alot more trichomes than the right and stinkkks (good stink ;p) alot more even though the other plant is bigger - maybe the right plant…

Howzit going peoples..I'll be ready to smash a couple of plants through ye ole bubble bags shortly.I was wanting to know how many grams of good indoor heads would one use as a bare minimum? Like I said i'll be using both plants shortly but I'm thinking about getting me mitts on a couple extra oscars for the mean time.Do you think 2 oz would be enough?

All four of my plants and in separate pots, coco with a base of clay balls. Using run/waste and feeding 4 times in 12 hours, and 9 days into 12/12 lights. All the new shoots are coming through yellowish. they are under a 400mh and a 600hps (40cm above). The two directly under the hps seem to be more yellow then the other two. Last night i started using half stregth nutes and I added 1ml per lit of PK13/14. I thought it might have been a lack of potasimim. Please HELP me have I done the right thing? .....Pisslips......

I was just bending the top of one of my plants under the net I am using, and snaped off the top four inchs. The trunk now has a hole about 4mm accross down the middle. I am nine days into 12/12 lights, is there anything I should do to the trunk and is the plant going to just keep on keeping on? ......Pisslips....

I have read on the internet that i can presex plants, by tying a black plastic bag over a branch waiting a couple of weeks of 12hrs on 12hrs off of sunlight...then wallah. Also how big should your plants be b4 you start to sex them. i had the idea of just getting a big pot and placing it over the whole plant as to make sure the plant was only getting 12/12 light cycle, would this work...also how long will it take to show sex (2 weeks?) Hey all, this is my first go at raising from seed. They're just over a week old, in a seed raising mix of coco, vermiculite, worm castings, and coarse sand. They get a light watering every day, and have been fed twice with 1/3 strength fish emulsion N:2.5. The colour on these shots is all over the place, but the important bits have been corrected so that the image colour matches the leaves under indoor daylight. They're looking a shade too yellow, what do you all think? They're also a bit stretchy and are obviously leaning to one side, this is because they're crowded under a little CFL at the moment. I'm more concerned about the leaf health.

Howdy First and foremost I'd like to say that I haven't started this thread to run Brunnings down in anyway what so ever,just tryna work out how you can determin a no name potting mix to a well knowin brand. hi guys, hoping someone can tell me if its normal for buds to have quite a bit of leaf growing through them? they are at 4 weeks of flower, and as im a first timer i have no idea if this is normal. im sure that some leaf will appear in the bud cluster, but some of them are quite large, so any info would be greatly appreciated. also im wondering when buds grow the fastest, 1st 4 weeks of flower or 2nd?? ps: should i cut off the larger leaves that are growing on the bud?? Hi there all just a experiment im going to try if i get no > replys from this. ive been reading some stuff on the net and it says a plant likes there 16 to 18hrs of light a day to get the most out of it in grow. This is one thing every grower knows and in flowering a plant likes 12hrs light and 12hrs dark. But im led to believe that its the 12hrs of dark that turns the plant to flower.Buy that a plant does not count the light hrs but will take up to 16 to 18hrs synthesization to help it grow in the dark cycle. so im thinking why not in the flowering cycle 16hrs of light then 12hrs of dark ? grew an amazing first batch of bubblegum, waited till optimum time before chopping. still smelled amazing while trimming and getting ready to dry out, and now it smells like chinck weed does not smell mouldy though. still a bit damp mind you really dont want to ruin the batch any ideas please???????????????????/
