My first home grow seems to be going well. Thanks to good seeds and fish emulsion BUT.. The cupboard it's in is only 440cm X 400 and I am worried that the inner shoots are being dwarfed by the large ones ( see attached) I really can't just get another area except out doors and am worried. I have trimmed and closely looked at the plant and even think that it's female (fingers crossed, little hairs forming so far no "balls" ) Should I take drastic pruning measures or some how hide out doors ? On the other hand I might be just panicking it is now 70cm high in just 6 weeks and I have only just started giving it 12 hours on and 12 hours off, with large amounts of potash to ass…

I have made a hood with two 250watt MH and one 600watt HPS also has 8 normal cfl fittings in it and i have a 100 mm vent on it will a 100mm inline fan do the trick to vent the heat or do i need more? the room will be about 2/1 meter fresh air coming in threw 100mm duct aswell with inline and normal fan in room?please help?

hi all, every time i mix up the new nutes i got me ph reads 5.8 to 6.1, 6.1 aint to bad but im growing in soil so i want it up to 6.6 never had to ajust up before so just woundering wat i can use ?? i read a post awile ago an remember sumone saying you can use a coulp things around the house but carnt remenber wat they said i had a look around yesterdy but couldnt find nothing to help with up so thout id just arsk you guys n girls

Hi, I have problem with my two tomato plants, out of 4 seedlings those two always were slower with growth indoors, so i have put them outside and now one of them started to flower ( and its a female ). This plant is only 15 cm tall and it just started to grow healthy, and now im stuck and i dont know what to do. I was thinking if i could reverse it back to vegging abd chop it up and make clones out of it... I dont want it to flower now coz its gonna be waste of them nice looking female, what should i do with it?

hey guys not sure this is in the right spot so move me if you must. i noticed the two plants i have had from seedling to now are different to each other. one has red stems to the leaves and the other all green. is this common or do i have a different strain ? which one ?

Afternoon everyone. I just wanted to share with you this seedling i started in my backyard about 3 weeks ago. Its an accidental cross of my last mother and its hermi-male (male with female flowers) brother. It is very small for 3 weeks old, but i havn't been tending to it at all and its been in some pretty hard soil. I've since moved it inside into the aerogarden. It seems to be flowering. Or are they pre-flowers? It's a bit strange considering it hasn't got alternating nodes yet. Also the purple pistils peeked my interest. It looks to have an infestation of mites. So i hit it with some mite-rid and put it to sleep. I'm really interested to see where this go…

Hi all. I am a former "florist" and thought I would share a few thoughts regarding minimising the risks associated with the disposal of waste products (sticks, leaf, root clusters, plastic bottles etc) at the end of each crop. I now drive for a living, often in semi-rural areas, and I regularly see things which have led me to put finger to keyboard. There are basically three ways of getting rid of your waste: put it in your wheelie bin, take it to the tip or go for a drive and dump it somewhere. Option number 1 is fraught with multiple risks. Damn - This morning I check my plants, & low & behold there's an ugly lookin' hepmaphrodite in the patch. I didn't see I't there y"day, so Im hoping I have pulled it b4 it could do any damage as such. It's been about 3 & a half weeks since I flipped em', 11 females. 10 & a half now I suppose. Anyways, I have stuck it outside and reackon it could still maybe put on some weight...anyone got any advice on what to do with it, besides & b4 smokin it.....Some pics of the ugly c**t....& its sisters..

Hi Everybody. So I have my first ever plants growing, but I've got a few questions. Any help would be much appreciated. 1. Is there anyway to tell Female from male? Their only bout 10 days old. 2. Do male plants have any purpose? Like do I need them to fertilise the seeds for the next generation? 3. Roughly how long does it take for the plants to mature? Thankyou in advance.

Hi All - I've a problem with my Poxy Timer..! Last night I went to check the Girlz & some plants in Veg. & found that the Lights in the Budding(flowering) room where still on 3 & a Half Hours After they were meant to turn off!! They're on 12/12 for about 2 weeks now nearly & lastnight they copped 15 & a Half Hrs..of Light.. Damn. -->What I've done is I let them get 9 & Half hours Light Today, then Tonight they will go Back to theyre original timing , Exactly. 12/12 at the same times of day/night as B4. Any Help or anyone that can tell me I wont end up with Hermies-would be Appreciated...Some Pic's-

Howdy all! Anybody have any idea why 8 hours ago the plant was fine and then come home this arvo to find that it had just died? it was leaning out of the pot touching ground leaves all curled..yeah gonski's =( There are another3 in there that are fine. Didn't ever intend on growing but this ounce was full of seed one day and just happened to throw them in the garden and the next day there were springing up!
